Direct Ocean Front Building with Pool and elevator 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths Primary bedroom is an en suite with private deck to enjoy the sights and sound of the Ocean. 3 more bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The unit comes with beach tags and beach chairs. Walking distance to shopping. Linens are not provided. There is a linen service for an additional $375.00 for linens, bath towels, and beach towels please message me if interested.

Linens, bath towels, and beach towels can be added for an additional fee of $300.

Multi-generation beach trip

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The view from the two balconies is everything you could wish for at brigantine, and inside the condo is tasteful, comfortable, and luxurious. We loved the outdoor rinsing station and pool (be aware the pool can only be used when a lifeguard is on duty), walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, and most of all the quick walk over the dune to the beautiful beach: made easily with the included beach equipment loaded on the included cart. This is a truly dreamy getaway, and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Already looking at booking the same spot next year!

Convenient and Beautiful Ocean View Apartment!

The apartment was clean, had a great view of the ocean, had a pool which we all enjoyed, and was super convenient for the whole family to go the beach close by without a long walk. It was ideal for my 82 year old mother who could easily leave the beach and go back to rest in the apartment. There is an elevator to the first floor and the four bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. There was a good separation of space for the whole family. The view from both balconies was great! At first it was hard to contact the rental agent but, after we finally got her phone number, the communication greatly improved and we had no problems. We would happily stay in this beautiful place again!
