Location! Perfectly located as a "Base Camp" for exploring Southern Utah.We are conveniently located in the heart of Utah’s Mighty 5, Southern Utah's picturesque playground. We are only twenty-five minutes from Bryce Canyon and an hour of the east entrance of Zion, an hour and half from North Rim Grand Canyon. Easy access to world-class trailheads at Red Canyon. Panguitch Lake, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Escalante Grand Staircase, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Brian Head and many more state and national parks.

Location! Location! Location! We are perfectly located as a "Base Camp" for exploring Southern Utah's Mighty 5. Each room has been set up for an extended stay. Flat screen Smart TV, Mini fridge, microwave, dishes, pour over roasted coffee & tea, electric water kettle. Each room has a table and chairs. We also have outdoor lounge and dining areas located around the property and a grill for your use.
