We are decorated right down to our mistletoes! Full sized tree along with stockings hung by the fire, and cute additions throughout the home will make put your in the Christmas spirit! Upon request, we will keep decor up in January if desired! Come stay with us at Esmeralda on the Green! Relax in this turn of the century spacious bungalow situated right on Arthur B. Sims golf course....sip lemonade and watch our amazing sunsets from the front porch! With multiple gathering spaces from the front porch, to the spacious living and dining areas, to the darling courtyard out back, you will be able to share love and laughter with all your friends and family.

Esmeralda is situated across the street from the beautiful Arthur B Sims golf course. From the front porch you can enjoy the lovely view!!

Esmeralda on the Green is located just two blocks from Botanica and across the street from Arthur B. Sims golf course, this house is perfect for families who want to enjoy the outdoors and love going on walks around the neighborhood. Riverside is known to be very friendly, and you will be able to get to know the locals! After a long day, sit back and relax in our large Hot Tub out back.

Excellent location across from the golf course. Plenty of space in the home to relax and enjoy. Cute front porch with great seating. The home is well stocked. Plenty of places to sleep. You can relax in the hot tub out back. Stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. Adorably decorated for Thanksgiving.

The Emerald on the Green was very clean with everything we needed for our friends reunion. It offered a lovely evening respite after long days at the conference we were in town to attend! All the beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a meal. The location is also very close to many things in a quiet neighborhood! Jennifer replied quickly with answers to all my questions.

Great House for Groups

Stayed here for long weekend while in town for a wedding. It was a great place for 7 adults. Well stocked, clean. Plenty of room to just hang out. We loved sitting on big front porch and watching the golfers across the street. Would stay here again.

Unwinding on the front porch!

Jennifer was great to work with! Very quick to respond. It was a wonderful home. A classic design with great use of space. Our time here was family time and there was no better place to be than the front porch! The neighborhood was delightful and friendly and the home fit our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend this home

Girls weekend

Good property but you better bring toilet paper, host only supplies partial rolls and you are on your own. First VRBO that this happened. You pay for these things. Such a small price that is a big deal.

Girls’ Weekend

We stayed 2 nights; it’s a great central location, with no parking issues. Lots of room for 5 of us. We cooked some meals there and had plenty of cookware and utensils. The spices might need to be updated was the only thing. The front porch and back porch are a wonderful place to sit and relax! A fantastic place that’s decorated really fun.

Enjoyed every moment

We had a wonderful time together at this property. It was the perfect space for our family to come together. We enjoyed sitting together on the front porch while drinking our coffee each morning and would love to go back when the weather is cooler so we can enjoy the patio. The house is well stocked with essentials (even a first aid kit which definitely came in handy!). The proximity to everywhere we needed to be was perfect as well. Highly recommend staying at Esmeralda on the Green!

Perfect location and roomy home

Well thought out home with king and queen beds was great for us, our adult children and grands for a short stay in Wichita. Large porch, beautiful view and nearby park makes this an awesome place to relax or be active. Location is near center of city, 10 minutes to Old Town restaurants, 15 to airport …wanted to stay longer!

Roomy, eclectic, resort like

Our family of 4 stayed over the 4th holiday and loved this property. Lots of space and well stocked. Owner very attentive and responsive. Riverside is a wonderful old neighborhood with lots of beautiful homes with tons of character. Emerald Green is situated on the 1st green/2nd tee box on Simms golf course. The weather was unusually cool for July and I was able to spend lots of time on the porch swing watching the golfers. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Wichita Getaway!

Esmeralda on the Green Part was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Wichita. The place is very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. It is centrally located making for short drive times. We would highly recommend it!

Wrestling tournament weekend

We really enjoyed the property and everything was really nice The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around in . Our wrestlers were competing for nationals qualifications and the hot tub was great for their sore muscles I would love to stay again next year for qualifiers much better than staying at a hotel

Cute House - Decorated Great

The house was great and the pictures were excellent. We had 5 adult women staying in the house and had a wonderful experience. The house, outdoor space, and hot tub were all perfect. 2 points of feedback: We opted to stay in the first night for dinner and got frozen pizza. We could not find a pizza pan or pizza cutter, we made due, but it would have been nice. Also, because we had 5 women, it would have been nice to have some additional mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready, but again we made due. Overall it was an excellent time and the house was wonderfu.

Family Reunion - 90th Birthday Party

We gathered for our aunt's 90th birthday and it was just perfect. We sat on the porch enjoying a morning cup of coffee and conversation. Evening also on the porch after a wonderful meal and a game of cards. Just perfect. They house is super cute, updated and the hosts are so helpful. Rent this house!

If you love open grassy views and quaint neighborhoods, you'll love Esmerelda on the Green! This house has been lovingly decorated and furnished with large families and groups in mind. We've been able to furnish the house with not just one, but TWO plush king sized beds for restful sleep. Three more queen sized beds furnish the remainder of the bedrooms.
