Our family of 7 adults and two toddlers enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Bungalow. Everything is as pictured. It is a spacious, clean, and well kept property. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with basic items. We could not have asked for anything more. Jennifer is quick to respond at all times. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

This was a great getaway! This property is as described. Peaceful and quiet, perfect place for a family trip. Definitely recommend to others and would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great family stay

The owner is prompt to respond and we enjoyed staying in a beautifully remodeled, historic home. The hot water was incredible. Well stocked with extra items, we never lacked for anything.

Perfect home for sibling reunion

We absolutely loved this place! The layout is spacious yet cozy, and all the bedrooms are creatively themed. The remodel of this home retained its historic charm. And the front porch is the best!! We sat out there for hours and visited. We couldn't have found a better location.

Great house for our weekend wedding we attended.

The house was perfect for our family to stay at for a family wedding. The host was excellent to work with. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space for a group of friends

We stayed here as a group of friends, including couples and solo travelers, while in town for a wedding. It was fantastic for everyone to have their own room and there was plenty of comfortable common space to hang out. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was as described. Host was quick and helpful responding to the couple questions we had.

Excellent home and communication with owner was great. It really is a charming area close to downtown. I appreciate the chance to grill so my only suggestion would be to upgrade to a gas grill, but we are splitting some fine hairs with that feedback. Overall excellent stay.

Amazing

This host was so thoughtful in how this house was set up and stocked with essentials. The house was decorated very simple but so beautiful. We had the best time there with family. Neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were friendly! Highly recommend, and we stay at a lot of Vrbos.

Relaxing and Restful

The home was very cozy, and the front porch was ideal for a relaxing cup of coffee. Walking the neighborhood in the mornings and the evenings was a delight. Thank you for providing the home for a restful weekend in Wichita!

Wonderful house for families !!

We loved our stay at this property - plenty of space for two families to spread out and have their own “floor.” Property manager is wonderful and super quick to respond. We felt safe and the house is in a great area. We will 100% rent this again when we return to Wichita to visit families.

Perfect

Graduation weekend. We played games at the large table. Each bedroom was comfortable. The house was decorated so lovely for Christmas. Just perfect.

Pros: fantastic location, heart of the city, close to attractionsquiet neighborhood, except for a rooster and a puppy in the house across :-). House was clean. Old house, wooden floor can make creaky sounds but decent house. Cons: - host won't give check in instructions (code for the back door lock) till 4 pm of arrival (be forewarned on this low trust situation). -never stayed in any rental where the host suggested we should kitchen garbage bags!-no garage, you park in the drive way and climb a few stairs to the back door.

This property stands out among others for it's spaciousness--five large bedrooms along with three bathrooms give space for everyone. Two separate living rooms makes entertaining a breeze with entertainment options for all ages and interests. It's central location means you are only about 15 minutes away from most attractions in Wichita.

Take a step back in time--this home stood during so many historical events of the past 100 hundred years. These walls speak to me of times gone by......sitting on the front porch you can almost imagine the milk truck drive by, the newspaper boy riding by to deliver the daily news. Sitting in the dining room, you can almost hear the conversations of over 100 years of history. Enjoy the view from the upstairs living room, where you can almost imagine a horse drawn carriage drive by. Sit in the clawfoot tub with a good book and your favorite beverage. Bluebird bungalow is all about slowing time down and appreciating the finer things in life. Welcome to my home, where time stands still and memories are made.
