Had trouble checking in because the host didn't provide all the necessary information & we couldn't get in contact for several hours. Once that was sorted, the stay was great. It's in a residential neighborhood, but everyone was friendly. Even if the area looks run down in places, you can tell the people who live there care about what they have. Not a speck of trash anywhere. Very close to the beach.

The property was really clean and everything went smoothly. We did have an issue with one of the AC units and the host was very quick to resolve it. Excellent service. I plan to return in November and will definitely seek to book a return stay..Gracias !!!

Beach vacation

We picked it because it was very close to the beach, actually 2, had a hiccup on arrival but it was promptly fixed. It's far enough from San Juan that you aren't in the busy area but close to the things we go to Puerto Rico for.

Photos are accurate

It was exactly as photographed and clean. We had a couple of issues when we stayed but overall a goo d experience. First, we booked and paid and had a confirmation note. When we got there, we didn’t receive the welcome email that tell us how to get in the home. I called when we were nearby and the girl on the phone had no idea who we were, that we weren’t scheduled. It eventually got fixed and we were able to stay. The other issue was that there was only one way in/out in case of emergency. There was a door to the outside in the kitchen that was locked and unusable. If there were a fire/emergency, it would be more difficult to get out. Overall, if the door situation were resolved, we would stay there again.

The application has many glitches, one of them being that it doesn’t always send the welcome email as it’s scheduled to do so, for reasons beyond my personal control. I did not create the app. When you call someone on the phone that obviously does not have your phone number registered provide them, No context, and don’t identify yourself affectively or the situation, I’m not sure how you would expect them to miraculously know who you are and what you’re calling about? The codes to the doors and all the keys were provided to you as soon as you were able to identify who you were and where you were. Unfortunately, the door to the closet is used for storage of supplies for cleaning and other maintenance. We do not provide guests access to the closet. The door was working very well and you had full access to it.
