This charming rental features 2 cozy bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 full bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, Bedroom AC, and washing/dryer machine on unit. Experience the magic of Luquillo at our apartment. **Building does have a power Generator that maintains Elevators and Common areas working in case of a power outage. Apartment wont have electricity during power outage**

Only gave four starts in accuracy category because kitchen was kinda bare - but I bought a 3 mixing bowl and a couple other pans and a rolling pin that are now stocked in the kitchen. Fabulous view! Clean - only inconvenience is parking at the bottom of that deck but other than that it was great

The best

My nine year old loved the hammock and balcony. A/C in the bedroom was my 18 yr old’s favorite. We followed all the rules that were on the wall. I could not have been happier. This was their home trip to my hometown and the stay was great.

Homecoming

This is my first time traveling to Puerto Rico and it was pure magic. Mr. Morales has a beautiful place the the view is breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of waves was exactly what was needed. Luquillo is such a beautiful town and we enjoyed going right next door for food and entertainment at night. We will be back!

Great location, great host

This location was great! The host was extremely responsive and had clear instructions. There were so many things stocked in the apartment like chairs, beach blankets, toys, towels, etc. in unit laundry was very useful. Although the elevator was not opening on our floor, it was only one flight of stairs above, so not too bad. Condo staff very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and we would definitely recommend this place!

March visit

Stayed for a week. The unit itself is all newly updated, very clean and amazing view, direct oceanfront property. The building is undergoing updates, they are installing a new elevator, so that will be nice when it’s functional. There’s free parking in the parking garage which is dimly lit, but safe. Juan is great communicating any updates and very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag are included. Very thoughtful details.

Great condo

Condo was clean and comfortable. However, the building seems to be under a lot of construction which I was not advised of other than an issue with the elevator that I was told AFTER booking. Also- the pool in this listing is NOT available- also not advised of that PRIOR to booking. I would have booked with my 1000 somewhere else had I known that beforehand. The living area is beautiful, but does not have any AC so be aware of that as well. The host was professional, easy to contact and offered a refund immediately when I expressed my displeasure.

Thanks for taking care of my place. I am always transparent with my guest when issues arise with the apartment or the complex. My cancellation policy allows you to cancel 5 days out of your arrival for full refund! and that is always the first option I gave the guests. Elevator issue and pool issue is on the listing. I advertise AC only on both bedrooms, will never advertise anything I don't have. Guests reading this review please read also the whole Listing before booking because all information is there.
