Since the beginning, the communication with you regarding booking the units wasn't the easiest. We are a company that is flexible, easy to contact and agile in the sense that we do not like to waste people's time, as it is the most valuable thing we have. Several times my colleague Juliana (Travel) contacted you and requested information from you, and your response didn't, the majority of the times, reply to our questions. We do understand that the time difference makes it complicated to guarantee the communication flow, but the check-in details were sent late, even after we provided you all of the information and asked you to provide the details before-hand.Arriving at your property, we encountered the units apparently as in the pictures, but the cleaning was very questionable. As you may see in the images attached, without looking for it, we found large items in more than one unit which makes it easy for us to understand that the units were not properly cleaned. In regards to pest control, we do understand that it is a current problem in the USA and appreciate that you are trying to have it mitigated in your property, but even with monthly pest control services, we found cockroaches in your property. This is not acceptable.On the 19th of May I contacted you to confirm the number of units we had booked, requesting you to confirm all of the payment details, requests made via VRBO and conversation with my colleague, where you told me that we had booked only 10 units an
