Minutes to 405 and 101 freeways, shops, restaurants, Universal Studios, Rodeo Drive, Downtown L.A. Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hikes, and more. Walking distance to public transportation.
All rooms has ensuite bathrooms (master bedrooms)

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time:10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
2. Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for this property is 8.
Please inform us in advance of any additional guests staying overnight.
3. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7:00 AM
Please be considerate of your neighbors during these hours.
4. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
5. Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made.
Guests with allergies appreciate our pet-free environment.
6. Parties and Events:
Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.
Please respect the tranquility of our neighborhood.
7. Respect for Property:
Please treat our property and its contents with care and respect.
The guest responsible will be held accountable for any damage or missing items, and appropriate charges will apply.
8. Cleanliness:
Please keep the property tidy and clean throughout your stay.
A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive cleaning required after checkout.
9. Kitchen and Cooking:
Feel free to use the kitchen facilities but clean up after yourself.
Dispose of food items and garbage properly.
10. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Report any security concerns to us immediately.

There are cameras outside the property that are recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
