We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach! No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun.

We are a modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flat land around us, no climbing up hills to get home.

The internet is fast! A typical speedtest results in speeds greater than 100 mbps.

The space
This small studio apartment is on the ground level. Perfect for a couple who doesn't mind a small space and wants to enjoy the amenities of the building as well as what the beautiful area of Zona Romantica has to offer.

We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq.

In the evening you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical!

There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!).

You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep.

In the bathroom, you also have a laptop-size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables!
