This property is perched perfectly in the heart of our lively beach town; close to our best attractions, including a variety of restaurants, rentals, shops, cafes & bars. For entertainment outside the home, NSB has so much to offer. From fine, to casual dining restaurants, to good food & great music, live bands at various spots around town, surf shops, & unique boutiques, NSB makes for a one-of-a-kind time in a beach town teeming with possibilities. Conveniently close: walking, biking or driving to the beach from the Historic Courtyard Cottages is a breeze. We encourage you to explore the option to take a drive onto the silver sands of NSB for a one-of-a-kind experience. There is a year-round $20 per day per vehicle access fee to drive on the beach; this includes one same-day re-entry. NSB is one of the few exclusive beaches that has vehicle beach access, & also has world class fishing, boating, & surfing. NSB also has many public parks, tennis courts, boardwalks, golf courses, & spas. Cape Canaveral National Seashore park is very close. There are local art festivals, pop-up shops & celebrations, history tours, wine walks & so much more.

Venture farther to the infamous theme parks, such as Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, & Volcano Bay, all located in Orlando about 83 miles (approximately 1 hr & 15 mins) away. Besides parks, Orlando also offers world-class shopping & performing arts as well. There are amazing wildlife reservations & natural springs to be explored throughout the sunshine state for additional activities to explore during your stay.The famous Daytona 500 is located about 20 minutes north. St. Augustine, a beautiful must-see City is only about one hour away. Airports, such as Daytona Beach, Sanford or Orlando International range from 20 mins to 1 hr away.
