Enjoy an incredible ocean view at MP217, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom vacation condo. This cozy condo offers a private bedroom with a king bed and a queen murphy bed in the living room, allowing for 4 guests. Enjoy beautiful views of the pool from your own private balcony. Inside the condo, you will find an open living and dining area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen will make meals easy. The condo is walking distance to the beach over the boardwalk and a short 10-minute drive to Port A. This rental is ideal for a family getaway or a romantic escape.

Find another place to stay, this was a nightmare.

The management company “Life In Paradise” manages this property, more accurately they collect your money and don’t deliver the goods. Let me set the stage for you, you arrive to what seems like a decent place to stay close to the beach. In reality here are the issues you’re going to deal with. 1. Wi-Fi that doesn’t work at all and The Mayan Princess confirmed this. 2. The patio door requires an angry orangutan to open it. 3. Coffee maker that leaks radioactive waste. 4. Ice maker doesn’t work at all, in Texas of all places. 5. The floor in the kitchen will break all of your toes just because. 6. No washing detergent for the clothes washer. 7. Gate code to the pool isn’t given out, you have to ask for it, like it’s a national secret. 8. Kitchen table is a plastic Costco table that wants to fold in half constantly. 9. Multiple light bulb colors just because. Just go someplace else.

Does this rental comes with a tetanus shot?

This was the most expensive rental I ever signed for. I was appalled by the decrepitude of the building. The condo was as described but... blah. Every bolt and staircase was rusted and dirty. There is no convenient bathroom close to the pools!! There is a lobby bathroom, but it is so far away from the pool area that I just walked a few more steps to my own condo. Guess where every kid goes potty? I held back from drinking too much water while at the pool. The grounds and pool area was also dirty (floating bar) and paint was peeling off. Great for walking bear footed! Our condo had a set temperature of 74 degrees. There was no way to change that, and adjust. 74 degrees was actually too cold and uncomfortable for us! Mediocre at best
