Escape to your perfect getaway in this charming fifth-floor poolside studio! Step out onto your private patio overlooking the sparkling pool or fire up the BBQ grills for a delicious cookout. At 550 square feet, this cozy retreat boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Rest easy on the comfy king-size bed or unwind on the queen sofa sleeper, perfect for up to 4 guests, and just steps away, the gorgeous beach awaits, so you can enjoy sun, sand, and surf whenever you like. Your fun-filled, relaxing vacation starts here!

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We had a Great time! The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Grandson loved that it was so close to beach! We will definitely visit again. They provide pretty much everything you will need.

The room was very clean and nice. I would have rated it higher but the elevator was out on one of the days and it was very challenging having to lug ice chest, towels etc down 5 floors.

Lovely place, so convenient to reach the beach! Wish it had a couple more items in the kitchen, like a pizza pan for example, but we managed to cook a true Easter dinner, and many other thoughtful touches made it an excellent place.

This property is such a cute spot. Our accomodations were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is a full kitchen and is stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. The bed is super comfortable. The keurig makes super hot coffee and it is such a short distance to the beach. We will ne back!

Nice place

It was a bit hard to find but that also means it is off the beaten path and is calm and quiet. Very nice, clean and furnished nicely. The only issue for me was maid came an hour before check out and walked in without even knocking. Not cool. Overall great place

Short trip

It was a quick weekend spur of the e moment trip and Port A was wonderful! This unit was decorated very well, the bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. It’s very sandy there and I swept daily but I have to say, the floor was filthy. The place needed a good mopping.. but other than that.. a good time was had by all!
