At 550 square feet, this cozy retreat boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Rest easy on the comfy king-size bed or unwind on the queen sofa sleeper, perfect for up to 4 guests, and just steps away, the gorgeous beach awaits, so you can enjoy sun, sand, and surf whenever you like. Your fun-filled, relaxing vacation starts here!

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Lovely place, so convenient to reach the beach! Wish it had a couple more items in the kitchen, like a pizza pan for example, but we managed to cook a true Easter dinner, and many other thoughtful touches made it an excellent place.

They had everything I needed towels, toiletries, etc. I didn’t have to go buy anything. The room was very clean, cozy, and welcoming.The staff was really nice and accommodating

This property is such a cute spot. Our accomodations were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is a full kitchen and is stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. The bed is super comfortable. The keurig makes super hot coffee and it is such a short distance to the beach. We will ne back!

Nice place

It was a bit hard to find but that also means it is off the beaten path and is calm and quiet. Very nice, clean and furnished nicely. The only issue for me was maid came an hour before check out and walked in without even knocking. Not cool. Overall great place

Short trip

It was a quick weekend spur of the e moment trip and Port A was wonderful! This unit was decorated very well, the bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. It’s very sandy there and I swept daily but I have to say, the floor was filthy. The place needed a good mopping.. but other than that.. a good time was had by all!

I was disappointed with our stay. We arrived very late—around 1 AM—after a 7-hour drive, only to find that the couch-bed my son was supposed to sleep on had no sheets, blankets, or bedding. If a couch is advertised as a bed, it should be made up. Unfortunately, we were too exhausted to deal with it, so he had to sleep on the travel blankets we brought with us.The blanket provided for the king bed was stained and barely more than a thin top sheet—completely inadequate for comfort or warmth.Another major issue: the listing advertised a washer and dryer in the unit. In reality, there was only a shared coin-operated machine on each floor, located next to the trash chute, and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. No change machine either—something I wasn’t expecting to need on vacation. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I intentionally booked places that had laundry access for cleaning sandy clothes.Lastly, there were no basic cleaning tools in the unit—no broom, dustpan, mop, or vacuum. Sand is impossible to avoid at the beach, and there was no way to sweep or clean the floors ourselves.On a positive note, the location was convenient and the front desk staff were helpful when we had questions. Still, the lack of basic amenities and misleading listing details really affected our overall experience.

Great stay in Port Aransas! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location was convenient, the views were great, and check-in was easy. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway and would definitely stay here again!

we had a bad experience upon arrival. The room was not clean, but once they got it cleaned, it was great and prepared for us. then the HVAC was not working. They had to work on it while we waited then they said everything was fine and the room should be cool by the time we returned. When we came back from our dinner, the room was 80. We called the Front Desk and they came and brought a temporary cooling system which did not Co the room at all. they said we would have to wait till the next day when an actual HVAC person could come and look at the systemwe had the whole entire first night at 80 in our room it was miserable and we could not sleep at allwhen I left, I was told after speaking to the girl at the front desk that we would get a one night future free stay which I said OK that’s reasonable instead of a credit I could handle that. Then I never got any more information or email sent in regards to the Credit I then reached out three different times to the Front Desk at Casa to try to get an accommodation before responding to the survey. As of today 6/5 no one has answered or responded. I thought a Credit or maybe one free night would be reasonable since our first night day was absolutely terrible.I’m completely annoyed. I have to be the one to follow up and no Care was given after this incident. They made it sound like this was just a regular thing which is disappointing. To hear as a first time visit to Casa.
