At 550 square feet, this cozy retreat boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Rest easy on the comfy king-size bed or unwind on the queen sofa sleeper, perfect for up to 4 guests, and just steps away, the gorgeous beach awaits, so you can enjoy sun, sand, and surf whenever you like. Your fun-filled, relaxing vacation starts here!

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

They had everything I needed towels, toiletries, etc. I didn’t have to go buy anything. The room was very clean, cozy, and welcoming.The staff was really nice and accommodating

Front desk staff friendly, corteous and helpful. Room clean and well equipped. Beach easily accessible. Check in and check out easy and simple. Complimentary coffee machine a plus. Overall nice and safe.

This property is such a cute spot. Our accomodations were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is a full kitchen and is stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. The bed is super comfortable. The keurig makes super hot coffee and it is such a short distance to the beach. We will ne back!

Our condo was very clean, access to the beach is one of the best ever. Deco in condo is really nice. Bed very comfy.

Nice place

It was a bit hard to find but that also means it is off the beaten path and is calm and quiet. Very nice, clean and furnished nicely. The only issue for me was maid came an hour before check out and walked in without even knocking. Not cool. Overall great place

Short trip

It was a quick weekend spur of the e moment trip and Port A was wonderful! This unit was decorated very well, the bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. It’s very sandy there and I swept daily but I have to say, the floor was filthy. The place needed a good mopping.. but other than that.. a good time was had by all!

I was disappointed with our stay. We arrived very late—around 1 AM—after a 7-hour drive, only to find that the couch-bed my son was supposed to sleep on had no sheets, blankets, or bedding. If a couch is advertised as a bed, it should be made up. Unfortunately, we were too exhausted to deal with it, so he had to sleep on the travel blankets we brought with us.The blanket provided for the king bed was stained and barely more than a thin top sheet—completely inadequate for comfort or warmth.Another major issue: the listing advertised a washer and dryer in the unit. In reality, there was only a shared coin-operated machine on each floor, located next to the trash chute, and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. No change machine either—something I wasn’t expecting to need on vacation. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I intentionally booked places that had laundry access for cleaning sandy clothes.Lastly, there were no basic cleaning tools in the unit—no broom, dustpan, mop, or vacuum. Sand is impossible to avoid at the beach, and there was no way to sweep or clean the floors ourselves.On a positive note, the location was convenient and the front desk staff were helpful when we had questions. Still, the lack of basic amenities and misleading listing details really affected our overall experience.
