Est. 2008 , with 200+ reviews on the major rental sites .. This is a spacious,three story,recently remodeled, corner townhouse, closest(out of four units in the building) to the mountains and sitting a few moment's walk up to hills from Ventura blvd, overseeing San Fernando & Malhouland mountains.
Cantoni bedroom set,high ceiling,huge windows,whirlpool kitchen appliances,hot tub,private balcony & sun deck secluded by trees with mountain air & panoramic views.

Located close to major studios and just minutes to Universal Studios, Universal Amphi-theater concert venue & City Walk, theater complex and theme restaurants; NOHO Arts district; downtown Burbank; Hollywood, (Graumann's Chinese Theater and 'Walk of Fame', Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars; Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats while you enjoy an open air concert; LA Zoo and Griffith Park with riding trails and Observatory; 5 min. by car to Hollywood, over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, trendy Melrose Ave and upscale Beverly Hills;10 min. to famous Westwood & Brentwood;15 min. from famous beaches like Venice, Malibu, Santa Monica.

Great Location

Rada was very helpful and attentive. We called an hour in advance, however when we arrived 1 1/2 hours later, the cleaning service still wasn’t finished. She did leave as soon as we arrived. Pros: -Rada was easily accessible and pleasant. -Location was perfect! It was about a 15 minute drive to Universal Studios and about 20 to Hollywood. -Great floorplan -stores and restaurants within easy walking distance -great wifi Cons: -couch is in need of a deep cleaning. -multiple scratches on floor -bathroom floors were dirty -shower in bunk bed room leaked -bunk beds were terribly unstable to where we didn’t feel safe with our kids sleeping on the top bunks. -many linens were not washed. The bedspread in main bedroom was filthy and could not be used. We tried to get a blanket from closet, but it smelled and was evident that it was not clean -bathroom doors did not lock -couch leg was broken and kept falling off Despite all the shortcomings, it is a nice property with a lot of potential. We would likely stay here again.

Beautiful Vacation Home, But lacks some Important things

This home is beautiful :-) We had our LA Vacation this year in June and we were 10 people in the party. We rented this vacation home since it appeared in our search and looks good. Like I mentioned, this home is beautiful, but there are some point that stopped me from rating it as 5 star. 1. This home is really an eight bed home which is being rented as a "sleeps 12". The first eight can be accommodated on bed, the next two are 'expected' to sleep on Sofa and the next 2 are 'expected' to sleep in Sleeping Bags or Air Bed mattress. Obviously, the sleep will be not as refreshing for people not sleeping on proper beds. 2. We reached there on Friday evening in a 10 seater Ford Transit van, but the Parking of this Vacation home is underground and has a low ceiling. Our van wasn't able to enter in the parking due to low ceiling and narrow driveway. There are many Restaurants in the neighborhood and Friday/Saturday evening is the time when you will find roadside parking Full. You can't park on driveway as is blocks the Parking gate and there are other vehicles in the parking (belongs to people in other units of the building). We found first roadside parking at 9:30 pm though we checked in at 7:00 pm. If you reaching there in a large vehicle over the weekend, then this is the fist thing you may want to address. 3. Another thing is that there are NO locks in any of the bathrooms. When 10-12 people going on a vacation, it is usually a "Friends and Family" vacation not just couple going on vacation. So some level of privacy is expected and locks in Bathrooms are a must in my opinion. I have given this feedback to the homeowner and she assured me that they will address as much as they can.

Great stay in Studio City

Our stay at Ed & Rada's place was great! Good location for visiting Universal Studios and Hollywood area. It was also close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for our family of 6. One thing that would have been nice would to have had some towel racks in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Thanks for letting us rent your place!!

Great location and perfect place to stay!

This was a perfect vacation rental for our weekend getaway! It was a short ride to Universal Studios, and we were able to avoid the parking fees by taking Lyft/Uber. The location is walking distance to Trader Joe's, as well as lots of great shops and restaurants. Everything was quite clean, though one of the beds seemed to have some sand or something in it. However, there was plenty of extra bedding available, so it was easily resolved. Check-in and Check-out were very easy as well. Overall, a great rental and I would definitely stay again with a group!

Great location

This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to get dinner and visit local shops. It was a short drive to universal studios. The owners were fast to respond to any questions. Thank you

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. It's located very close to Universal Studios in a safe quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to communicate with Rada and Ed and check in/out was a breeze. The beds were very comfortable and loved having 3 bathrooms for the 6 of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

This place was perfect for our families needs . Short drive to Universal studios ,walking distance to grocery stores and dining . Great place to come back to after a busy day taking in the sights would definitley stay again

Many pros, some cons

Pros: Great parking Location location location nearby shopping, restaurants, coffee...walking distance good size for family washer and dryer full kitchen patios, rooftop patio fans central air cable tv cable in the master bedroom big master bathroom lots of plates Cons: No laundry detergent only a dirty sponge to wash dishes empty salt and shaker? ANTS!!--These were taken care of my the property owner ONE dull knife Not too many cups...plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses Empty paper towel dispenser Ran out of toilet paper It was 85 degrees inside when we got there, took several hours to cool off Half eaten bag of chips floor was dirty, very dusty inside Couch was dirty and cracked and beat up It was overall comfortable but had a generally dingy feel to it. IF we had rags or paper towels or anything we could have wiped the table. I didn't want to use your nice wash cloths. SUGGESTION: get some floor mats. Blanket in front of the door doesn't look very nice. The kitchen could use a floor mat as a reprieve from the nasty floors. Bath mats for safety. Get rid of that horrible couch. Little changes can make it more homey.

Great base to explore LA

Great location, close to shops and restaurants and a good base for exploring North LA. Beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our queries.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the rooftop patio was a huge hit! It was so easy to be able to stay close to everything and the owners were so lovely and helpful! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!!

Nice place!

Our family stayed here during our visit to Universal Studios. I was surprised how short of a drive it was to Universal. Nice location. This condo is so spacious with unique fixtures and furniture. Huge closets, quiet neighborhood, close to Trader Joes for groceries. For the most part the condo was stocked well with blankets, towels, kitchen supplies. There was some items that we found that could have been useful but were not in the condo (sharp knives, kitchen towels, paper towels). I believe the pillowcases and sheets were cleaned, but we did notice stains many dark stains on the pillows. I'd recommend replacing the pillows on some frequency. Overall, however, we truly enjoyed our stay and loved how our vehicle was secure in the locked garage. Our kids' favorite part was the curved couch :)

Studio City Chic

We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children 8,10, and 12 and had plenty of room in this property. The 2nd bedroom had bunks with full size mattresses which was nice. It was located on a quaint side street, close to Universal and WB. Location is a big plus. We had plenty of hot water. Rooftop deck with table for six was nice at night. Kitchen was moderately stocked. If you are planning on cooking a lot, come prepared. Check in required a call to the owner to explain parking garage. Not a big deal, but something to know ahead of time. Garage parking was great, especially in this area. If you have a problem with stairs, know there are 3 flights of stairs to access the entire property.

Great location and nice property

The property was clean and well maintained. There were lots of fresh linens and towels. It was within walking distance to shops & nice restaurants. It was also an ideal location to get to the highway quickly and not long drive times to beaches and other places tourists might like to visit. We all had a great time staying at your place.
