静かな通りにある18世紀の家の下層階に位置するこの建物は、完璧に復元されており、新しいデザインはユニークな建築様式を最大限に引き出しています。 アパートは家具が完備され、モダンでプライベートで、主要美術館、レストラン、カフェから数分の距離です。 アパートメントには通りからの専用エントランスとプライベートガーデンへのアクセスがあります。 2人の子供がいる大人2名までのスペースです。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this exceptionally located and lovely furnished property. We had everything we needed and more, including scrumptious breakfast options provided to us, which was a lovely and welcome addition. We only wish we could have stayed longer as we loved it so much. This large apartment in central Amsterdam was excellent in every way for both my wife and me. The clothes washer and dryer in the unit was very handy. Our host Maarten was very friendly and helpful in getting the most out of our stay in the city. He even supplied some food basics in the refrigerator in advance of our arrival and gave a full explanation of all amenities in the apartment. The location is right in the heart of the city making it very easy to walk and cycle throughout the city. I would highly recommend this property.

This place was a real gem. Centrally located with easy access to public transportation. Lower level so no concerns with the narrow stairs Amsterdam is known for. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. And the hosts were always so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend it.

Really nice apartment in a great location.Host amazing letting us check in early and check out later which worked really well with our flights.Breakfast supplies were very nice, just be aware it will not automatically arrive you have to request. This is host’s not wanting to waste food which is perfect. Just wished we knew this at check in

6 stars! What a great find! Big thanks to Maarten and Malo, our Hosts with the most, who offered superb dining and cycling recommendations! The apartment's location is ideal - right in the heart of Amsterdam, surrounded by canals, shopping, museums and restaurants. We hopped on our bikes (included with the rental), and made our way to Noord on the Ferry. The apartment was the perfect space for my sister and I. Breakfast was hearty and delicious! Can't think of a thing I would change!

The location can’t be beat—walking distance to so many of Amsterdam’s attractions, plus great restaurants, all in a very walkable and uncrowded area. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, well equipped, and full of charm. Malo and Maarten are wonderful hosts. They even provided breakfast for our entire stay, with fresh bread, snacks, yogurt, cheese, juice, and prepared meat. The photos are completely accurate. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Hosts are very accommodating. Excellent location that makes many attractions walkable The flat is also very close to Vijzelgracht metro station. Washer and dryer are very convenient.Layout of the flat is unique but functional. The kitchen is well stocked. There is no cooktop, if that is important to you.Very comfortable apartment.

Excellent location and property!

Beautiful basement apartment in the middle of everything. We were walking distance to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, the Leidseplein and Heineken brewery. Excellent location!

The area was spacious and clean. The host supplied breakfast for our entire stay with fresh bread, yoghurt, cheese, juice and prepared meets. The location is amazing. There is a metro stop that is just a 5 min walk. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. There is a grocery and wine sire minutes away. It exceeded our expectations

Amazing Rental

The host were amazing, helpful and easy to communicate with them when needed. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 3. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to the metro with a nearby market. 10/10 recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

This ground floor flat is in the Centrum of Amsterdam. You can walk to the museums and you can walk to Dam Square. Wonderful location near Prinsengracht (Prince's Canal) with restaurants, shops, parks, markets, and many places of interest.Host was easy to reach and responsive. Maarten provided delicious bread, croissants, and yogurt for our breakfasts. Tea and coffee provided. Flat has a funky layout but it worked for us. Wonderful hot shower. Comfortable bed.We did not use the bikes offered as cycling in Amsterdam is a serious activity and without knowing the rules it can be dangerous for foreigners. So we walked or used OV Pay to ride trams, Metro, and trains. We even got the senior discount.Recommend taking the free ferries to the North side of Amsterdam even if just to see the skylines.

Wonderful stay

The place is wonderful and in a great location! Maarten was super helpful with my check-in. For me this trip was work related, so the internet speed was very important. For anyone needing fast internet for any reason, I would book this place. Wifi speed 200mbps and wired speed >500mbps.

We are a French-American-Dutch family of five, living in the house above the rental unit. We enjoy receiving guests from all around the world and tell them about the wonderful things that Amsterdam has to offer.

The house is a unique piece of history. Build during the late 1700s as (I have been told) a warehouse for tea brought from afar, it has a unique charm. It is located in a neighborly residential street in one of the most beautiful parts of the center of Amsterdam. It is set between the Prinsengracht and Lijnbaansgracht canals, and within walking distance from all the major attractions (museums, etc) of Amsterdam. Our plan is to make the rest of the house as beautiful as the apartment we made for our guests.
