Very cute and cozy place! We made sure to save the information because we plan to come back. Perfect location.We only had one hiccup which probably doesn’t happen to often, but due to the high winds we lost power. So I would suggest brining flashlights because eventually your cell phone power dies!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Fisherman's cottage. We love Salmon Creek and enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The cottage was very cozy and we loved the charming Cape Cod style decorations. The host left the lights and music on for our arrival which was very welcoming. You can't beat the proximity to the beach which is just a few minutes walk from the house. We would love to have a return visit to this charming cottage by the sea!

Cute inside and great location. Walking distance to beach. When we walked into home the fire/furnace was on that made it very inviting. However, no instructions on how to turn off. Followed a 3x5 index card that was for the cleaners in the binder but still would not turn off. Place got very hot and windows do not open so had to open doors. Do not leave any food on counters because the ants will come. Provided coffee but no cream or sugar. States they have kayaks but I wouldn’t trust them and difficult to get to them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was lovely. I would suggest getting the ant issue and spider issue under control as there were a lot of both. Also, for my ESA (registered with the VA) I would suggest letting dog owners know that the nearby beach as well as the three beaches north are not dog friendly.

Due to proximity to the ocean doors were sticking and door and gate hardware was corroding but I think that would be expected. The cabin, fireplace, furniture, dishwasher, excellent wi-fi and easy walk to the beach and Salmon Creek are all positives. The neighborhood was very quiet. Also another positive is the easy drive to restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was convenient. I highly recommend kayaking on the Russian River. We had a fantastic tour guide and there were very few people around so we got to enjoy the wildlife. Being from Wisconsin, we have always poked fun at the California Happy Cow commercials. It turns out that the cows in Sonoma County do appear happy. I can't yet vouch for the rest of your beautiful state.

Lovely stay

What a sweet little cottage with a lovely location just steps from Salmon Creek and beach. I spent a quiet week working with great internet access and grandchildren ages 5 and 6 came over the weekend and enjoyed the cute twin bedroom and walk to beach. COTTAGE BY THE SEA

Well cared cottage at a quite location. Beautifully decorated with all necessities provided for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to go back again in the near future.

Nice vacation home

Very relaxing vacation home. Living room is very charming. Very cozy place. It is a little rustic but it is nice. I wish there are more amenities. It was a bit cold at night.

BEAUTIFUL BLUE COTTAGE

Loved the cottage! It is so cute & cozy. The decor is absolutely perfect and very comfortable! The short walk to the beach/river make it a wonderful location!

Fantastic Stay!

We decided to stay outside of the urban centers of Northern California and this beautiful home and community did not disappoint us!! We enjoyed having breakfast outside and all three outdoor spaces. The home was very welcoming and nicely appointed.
