The space
As a guest here, you have the entire condo to yourself - all the rooms and amenities. You have 2 parking spots located right in front of the home. There is a spot for another car in a nearby parking lot/visitors spots. You'll be given a door code for contactless entry into the home and the WiFi and resort information on arrival.
You also have access to all of the resort amenities, including the recently renovated 18-hole championship golf course and practice facility, outdoor lakefront saltwater pool, indoor Olympic-size pool, private beaches, walking trails, gazebo, full fitness center, basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, playground, parks, marina, boat rentals, canoe, kayak and paddleboard rentals. Extra fees may apply for golfing
Guest access
The terrain within Keowee Key is forested, rolling hills. For those without mobility concerns, there is a walking path directly in front of the home to enable quick walking
(5-10 minutes) to the South Marina or the South Pool. The Club, Fitness Center, Dog Park, and beaches are within a short (less than 5 minute) drive. There are two parking spaces available for guests directly in front of the unit. There is a 25$ gate pass fee for each vehicle.
