The location was great for us. We went to an Arkansas game for the weekend. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The only complaint is the excessive amount of floods lights on the outside of the home that you cannot turn off. It really made it bright inside the home at night.

Nice cozy house for a quick family vacation to NW Arkansas. Fit 6 of us comfortably. The exterior pictures make it look like it’s a bit of a “scary cabin in the woods”. But it’s not. It’s on a big lot with a lot of pine trees right next door to a church. Also, it has a nice new concrete driveway and sidewalk leading to the house that is not shown in the picture. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

I have stayed in this house multiple times and love it every time. It is comfortable and fits our needs perfectly. There are few improvements that would make this place absolutely perfect, such as more rock in the driveway/bigger sidewalk (it gets a little messy when it rains), full length mirror, coffee or the Keurig, and remotes with full batteries for the hvac and tv/roku

It was very nice. The decor was super fun and it was in a nice neighborhood, yet secluded. It was perfect for our girls only mini vacay.

Excellent property

We were very happy with our stay. It was easy to get to and from UArk, super clean property, and great area where I could take nice, quiet morning walks. We will stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed a fun family game that was provided. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was only one TV in the living room, but it was perfect for movie nights. The A/C worked great and kept the whole place cool. The washer and dryer were a big plus—they allowed us to keep our clothes fresh throughout the trip. There’s only one bathroom, but it was clean and nicely maintained. Although there wasn’t a BBQ pit on-site, we borrowed a grill from family and still enjoyed a great cookout. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay as we were dropping our daughter at college. It was nice to have enough room to also store the trailer we had to bring on property and not worry about it being stolen. It was great location even though it was a little drive to the college campus. We would stay here again.

Attractive and well located.

Recently updated and well maintained home. Quite neighborhood and close to Springdale Recreation Center. Many excellent restaurants nearby.

Had a good time nice neighborhood, good and quiet. The house was nice and clean. Went to some museums, and visted the Junkranch in Prarie Grove.
