We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. The stay was amazing. The host have a beautiful home and were very kind. I really like the location as it is on the outskirts of Fayetteville so you have all the benefits of being by the big city but the peace of a country house.

An amazing place to stay. It is far enough out of town that you don't have to deal with the Fayetteville traffic but close enough to spontaneously drive in. The perfect place for a calm weekend. Check out and check in were very simple. And the host is a great communicator!

The high stress friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. I found the apt clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower. I would recommend highly. The one thing that was a bit substandard was the internet. It was weak and would shut down from time to time. I was there to ride so it didn’t matter to me.

Overall a good place to stay..road needs to be repaired.

Overall a very good stay. The place was very clean. The road leading to the place had lots of holes so that was tough on my car.

It was nice and clean with good water pressure in the nice shower. The bed mattress is extra firm but slept well. It was all we needed!

Great place to stay

Hosts were very hospitable. Apartment was comfortable and very clean. Quiet and very relaxing. Great location, close to anything you would want. Will definitely stay again.

Great place located in the hills of Arkansas

Quiet little above garage single bedroom home. The owners are just next door and keep to themselves. We needed this location for a two month stay and it met all or our needs.

Great spot for gravel biking!

It was a perfect get away spot at a reasonable price! I ended up finding some great gravel biking routes starting in Goshen. The hosts are very nice and I really enjoyed meeting them. I will be back if I am in Arkansas again!

Wonderfully Out of the way

Only 20 minutes from campus and great rural area. Comfortable bed. Try Rolling Pin for breakfast. Excellent.

Quiet Spot

Had a 2 day event in Fayetteville. Perfect place for getting out but still being conveniently close. Property manager was available for any needed assistance/questions. Was very much worth it.

Perfect for our needs

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with incidentals . The furnishings were attractive and minimalist - which we appreciated. The mattress was great!! It is a little ways from town but the country roads are worth driving the extra time on. Perfect for our needs. We stayed 10 days 😃

Problem free stay

The property was very clean and quiet. Enjoyed having access to cable with the TV and everything went smoothly. We were visiting our son at University of Arkansas, so the distance was a little farther out, but it was what we expected.

Quiet neighborhood

We were in the area for daughter’s graduation from college. Bud Walton arena was about 5 miles away. Easy drive, cottage was in quiet neighborhood near a fishing lake. Very comfortable!
