English Style Cottage In GOTL

Welcome to this quaint English-style cottage that's exudes classic charm. You have to see it to appreciate how cozy and unique this cottage is. Located just a few minutes away from the GOTL strip, you can escape the party and relax with your whole family or a group of friends. The home features three bedrooms and fours beds (1 king, 1 queen, & 2 full beds). The backyard is a full-fenced and there is a large covered deck with a hammock a dining area perfect for grilling season.

Set a few minutes away from the GOTL Strip, the home sits in a peaceful little area where you can relax after a day of fun on the strip.

The home has a private drive way to park in which can accommodate three cars in a single row. You can walk to the strip (10-15 minutes depending on where you're going), or drive.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3.Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
