Enjoy evenings of porch time, cooking out, and snuggling by the firepit after a day of exploring. Close to Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge, Cave Run Lake, and Daniel Boone National Forest. Very relaxing

Beautiful property, quiet area! We rested well between site-seeing excursions. We did most of our own cooking and the kitchen served us well. We had everything we needed.

Very nice place!

I stayed here with two different owners. This is a nice little cabin. Clean with nice furniture. Everything you need to cook at home. Will stay again.

Road trip! Best in a Mustang convertible!

Very cozy and quiet. Enjoyed the endless winding roads through this part of Daniel Boone forest.

Anniversary Trip

This cabin was great! Very clean and cozy with a homie feel. We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and went to Red River Gorge and did the underground kayak tour which was awesome as well. It is a bit of a drive to the attractions in the area only because it is all the scenic route. Great experience and would recommend to everyone.

Awesome first overnight in Kentucky!

This was our first visit to Kentucky and absolutely loved the area this cabin was in, and were very happy with the rental for the night. My friends met us at Red River Gorge and we drove a beautiful drive to cabin to make dinner and have a quiet retreat where our dogs could play. The yak farm was really awesome to see as well! We originally overlooked this listing until we reached out to the owner/property manager who was very kind to allow one extra dog as an exception as we were only there for one night. Very much appreciated thank you for letting us stay!

You won't be disappointed!

Rise & Shine is such a gem - clean, comfortable, and quiet. Glad we selected this rental for a quick getaway to check out RRG and surrounding area. About 30-40 minutes to all attractions but the route is scenic and we enjoyed 'rural' for 48 hours. House is off the main road - we felt safe and mornings on the porch were perfect. A nice change from the hustle in a typical week. Thank You for opening your home to those visiting KY.

Relaxing Stay

We absolutely loved this property. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pictures are accurate for this listing. We loved sitting on the front porch watching and listening to the birds. Heard a whippoorwill in the evening which was a treat for me. Not a bad drive to the Cave Lake and Red River Gorge. We hope to come back to this beautiful place. Thank you Lisa for making everything easy for us.
