New rental on the main canal

The house has had a lot of improvements after Helene. All new stairs, decks, windows and flooring.
Unbelieve views from the upper decks of the gulf or the bay now that no other houses are in the way.
It's close the end of the main canal so no need to worry about the tide or boat traffic, come and go with no wait.
This rental is for the upper house ONLY, The apartment on the mid-level is not included and may be occupied by the owner. you will have access to the entire upper main house and the ground level decks, also the 48ft long floating dock with new ramp. There is also a new ice machine, your choice of grills on the ground level. From June 15 to August 15 the nightly rate is $550.00 per night with a 5-night min. Any other dates the nightly rate is $450.00 per night with a 3-night min.

Great Location and Great House

William's place at the end of the canal ( short ride to fishing) is a great location, the house was very comfortable, well stocked, and William went above and beyond.

Expansive views

The views from the top deck were incredible! The house was well appointed and the host was nice and helpful. Plenty of room for boats at the dock and only a short ride out of the channel.

Labor Day weekend vacation

First time scalloping late in the season. The house is in a perfect location near the canal exit into the gulf. Very roomy and clean, will definitely be back.

Fishing heaven!

I'm almost hesitant to say how much we enjoyed staying and fishing out of this place for fear it'll become too popular! Truly one of the best experiences we've had in Keaton Beach. William is a fabulous host and a genuinely nice guy. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say the location is ideal, the accommodations are perfect and we will be coming back here......repeatedly!
