Welcome to Sunsets at the Penthouse

Experience elevated coastal living at Sunsets at the Penthouse, a privately owned, newly renovated penthouse condo featuring beautiful Gulf of Mexico views, Destin’s evening skyline, breathtaking sunsets, and seasonal fireworks.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features modern décor with vibrant yet relaxing beach and sunset-inspired touches. Thoughtfully appointed with inviting amenities, it offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat for families or couples enjoying a Destin getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom with deep soaking garden tub and shower combo, and direct balcony access
• Guest Bedroom: Single-over-single bunk bed with private ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower
• Living Area: Queen sofa sleeper, Smart HDTV with cable, and free Wi-Fi

Kitchen & Living Space
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, and a variety of kitchen gadgets, including a crockpot.
• Counter-height bar seating for 3
• Dining table with seating for 4

Enjoy your private balcony with seating and Gulf and skyline views, ideal for relaxing at sunset or enjoying seasonal fireworks when scheduled locally.

Guests have access to The Palms of Destin Resort amenities, which may include:
• 11,000-sq-ft zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls and island hot tub

• On-site dining and bar options

A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) may be available to nearby beaches, dining, and shopping. Shuttle routes and schedules are determined by the resort and do not include airport transportation.

We loved staying at the property. Our condo was perfect for our mother and daughter trip. Even had a wagon in the closet for us to use. We enjoyed the pool area and everything was just perfect.

"Absolutely amazing stay! The condo was spotless, modern, and perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer/dryer made everything easy. Beautiful condo. Very clean. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen to cook in and a washer/dryer to wash our swim wear and towels. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and city. The couch was very comfy and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was great! With views of the beach, pool, and the lake to the north. We the host was very responsive whenever we meesaged them and fixed even the littlest of things near immediately! It is obvious that they take pride in their condo and customer service. My family kept raving how much they liked staying there.

Wonderful week in Destin

This place is a gem! Everything about this property was great from location, pools, comfy beds, and a well equiped kitchen. Communications and expectations were clear and we would not hesitate to return to this property. We particularly enjoyed the sunset views from the balcony and the being so close to everything. Spring Break

Had a great time & we loved the pool!! The only thing I would say that could have been improved was we go there late & went to the security desk. I went back to the truck to get my wallet & he was gone and didnt return for 20 minutes. He said he had to speak with law enforcement which is understandable. Our room had an old blood stain in one of the towels and under the bed badly needs cleaning. Other than that people were nice and the facility was clean.

We’re very sorry to hear about your check-in experience and the delay at the security desk. While we understand the need for them to respond to law enforcement when necessary, we completely agree that better communication or backup support would have made things smoother for you, especially after a long day of travel. As for the towel with the stain and the area under the bed — please accept our sincerest apologies. That’s absolutely not up to our 5-star standards, and we’ve addressed this directly with our housekeeping team. I truly wish we had known during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean the space immediately. Your feedback means a great deal to us and absolutely does not go overlooked. It helps us make the necessary improvements so we can continue offering the best possible experience for our guests. We absolutely love the amenities at the Palms of Destin with something to do for all ages, with 2 resort pools, including the largest lagoon Style zero entry pool, a kiddie pool area, & kiddie splash pad, on site restaurant & pool side bar, sports bar, nightly entertainment., tennis, pickle ball, a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Free Beach shuttle to take you across the street, or to Harbor walk or Destin Commons for shopping. The Palms has it all!!

The Palms of Destin boasts premier amenities. There is a 1-time resort fee that includes 6 wristbands, 2 parking passes and access to all our amenities.
- Lagoon pool 11,000 SQ Ft, hot tub, and heated pool and children's water-splash area
- A full fitness center
- Tennis and basketball courts on-site
- Children's play area
- Covered parking garage with provided pass

Nightly Resort Fee:
