You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Conveniently located on the 7th floor at Laketown Wharf with an amazing Ocean view! This spacious renovated condo has master bedroom, two bathrooms, bunk room, and queen sleeper sofa and is just steps away from the Beach. This location is perfect vacation with plenty of beach, town activities.
3 minute walking to the beach, which is right next to Pineapple Willy's.
There are musical fountains in the lake.
You don't have to rent a car to stay at this resort - everything is accessible.
On the ground floor there are several restaurants, seafood buffet and shops, Bowling and Billiards! Grocery stores, Waffle House, Sunrise Café & Bakery. Please, text for discussion. Introduce yourself. Thank you.

Fun Beach Stay!

We had a great time at this condo! It was super clean, had an awesome beach view, and the pool area was perfect for families. The host was really kind and sent clear check-in info plus some great recs for places to go while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

The online process was easy and convenient. Lana sent a text to inform us room was ready, which was great! Check in process with facility was good, they didn’t have enough luggage carts for each family but we managed. The elevators in the facility were always crowded and one was broke during stay so that made it difficult to get to 7th floor with beach accessories. Once in the condo we noticed the room was not as pictured on VRBO. The room needed better upkeep. We had to wash the sheets as they were dirty and stained before we could even sleep. There was still trash left under tables from previous guest. The balcony door was very hard to lock as the lock itself was pretty much broken. During our stay a toilet seat got cracked while someone was just sitting on the toilet and the balcony door handle broke while trying to lock the door. We notified the owner immediately to inform her as requested when we received the long list of rules at check in. She stated it was bad news for her and she would get maintenance up there. Today we received an invoice for broken door handle, and toilet seat, which we have paid. Lessened learned to rent straight from facility and not individual on VRBO. The beach was the best part but the walk to get there was further then the few minutes listed by owner.
