This charming 1-bedroom condo has everything you need for your Panama City trip.
Our property is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and beaches. An ideal base to explore Panama City.



*Guest are responsible for a Parking Pass ($30.00) for the entire stay and Arm Bands ($5.00) each. Parking is limited to one space per unit. Parking passes and arm bands may be obtained at the main office or at the gate.

*Due to HOA regulations guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guest under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Amazing Location

Very clean and well stocked condo in a great location. Right by Pineapple Willy's and Walmart is a heartbeat away. Loved staying here!

Decent little room for our family vacation

We enjoyed this place. We were close to town but not right in the middle of everything. Check in was very easy. Decent price for a weeks stay on the beach. We don’t have many complaints.

Great location

Great location, inexpensive, spacious and clean. The only bad thing we didnt lime was the smell of the condo. It smell like a sewer. Overall the place was amazing

Nice Condo

Love the location and room. Had everything we needed! The only negative was that the listing says there is a hot tub and this condo doesn't actually have one. :-(

PCB Family Vacation

This was a terrific location for our family vacation. Our two younger teen boys slept fine on the pullout couch and there was still room to move about the living room area and access the patio. The security at the Sunbird made me feel safe and the property and grounds were always clean. John was a fabulous host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was amazing! Great living space and nice view of the beach. Restaurant very and easy to walk from and back. Host was also great and very informative.

Great condo

The condo was beautiful. Everything looked new It was well stocked with anything you could need. The only downsize was they are working on the outside of the condo and we couldn’t access the balcony. But once they are finished it will be perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing special not crazy crowded

Room had minor damages (broken floor tiles) and tv mount strange behind a door worried i would break the screen of door open to fast. Had no issues with check in or out got to check in early. Could been cleaned better there was food behind the end tables. Overall worth the money

Beauty on the Beach

We had a wonderful experience at the Sunbird! My husband and I stayed the whole month of February 2024! We have no complaints and made it our home! When we read the reviews before we booked this trip, we noticed people complaining about cracked tiles and being dirty! Worried us a bit. there might of been some wear and tear but remember…people are in and out of these condos constantly…wear and tear happens! Only the complainers would notice these small things! We will definitely return to the Sunbird!!
