🛋️ LIVING: Relax in the open and airy living area, where you can unwind on the plush pull-out couch, ideal for additional guests. The living space seamlessly connects to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. There is a 43" TV in this room.

🚽 HALF BATHROOM: A convenient half bathroom on the main floor adds extra convenience for guests.

🍽️ KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen with its brand-new appliances and ample counter space. It also has a great view of the living room TV. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply want to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, this kitchen has you covered. Guests also love the countertop ice maker!

Upstairs:
🛏️ KING BEDROOM (white): The spacious and light-filled primary bedroom boasts a Serta king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Large windows let in natural light. There is a 50" TV in this room.

🛏️ QUEEN BEDROOM (purple): A serene and tastefully decorated bedroom with a queen-sized bed, perfect for couples or guests seeking a cozy retreat.

🛏️ FULL BEDROOM (green): This room offers full-sized bed, making it an excellent choice for families or friends traveling together.

Beautiful home with all the amenities!

We stayed here while in town for a fall festival. The home is super cozy and very well-designed. I was very impressed by how the host anticipated every need we’d have as guests. You can’t go wrong staying here.

House was an older home that has been completely remodeled. It was very nice. My Family really enjoyed the stay. Nice back yard, great neighborhood. Lots of things to see and do in Sioux Falls

The property was very well maintained inside the house. We had one issue and had immediate response to our question. The neighborhood isn’t the best. We had a lot of laughs and it met our needs. Thanks for the use of the home for a little getaway.

Great stay

We were in town for a family funeral and it worked out so well for us. It was a perfect place for us to stay with our dog. We were even welcomed with dog treats- such a nice touch. Especially the shoveled path in the back for our dog! The house is so cute inside. Beds were comfortable, and was the house was very clean! Leah was great to work with also. I would definitely stay again.

Close to downtown

We were in town for a USF alumni night, just the 3 of us. The house was absolutely charming and I wish we could have had more time there to enjoy it. Check in was smooth and house was exceptionally clean and adorable. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. As with a lot of older homes, stairs seemed steep. We would stay there again!

A night in Sioux Falls!

A group of my friends and I attended a bar crawl that was happening down town Sioux Falls for St. Patrick’s day. We stayed one night and it was the perfect house for the 8 of us. We all slept comfortably and everyone had enough space for the evening/ night. It was super nice that we were close to the downtown area, Ubers were easy to get! The hosts were amazing and responded to me quickly if I had any questions. I’m so grateful this stay was amazing! We will be back again!

Fantastic place

Hosts were fantastic. They provided all info needed and answered all questions while here. The house has been beautifully restored. We loved it. It is located close to Falls Park and basically 20 minutes grome everything else we wanted to see. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which we totally appreciated. I highly recommend renting this property. You will not be sorry

AMAZING rental!!!

We were in town to see our daughter present at Augustana this past weekend. The house and property were everything we needed! It was so clean, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in while we were in town. Loved the dog treats and dog bowls that were provided for our little fur baby. We are already thinking of renting it for our daughter's graduation next Spring! Highly recommend!

Cozy Home

We stayed here when visiting family in Sioux Falls for Christmas. This is a beautifully restored home, great for adults or couples. We cooked our own dinner and breakfast, appliances all appeared to be brand new. We left a personal belonging and the host/cleaning company contacted us and shipped it back to us immediately. Host is very responsive and easy to work with.
