Sewage smell in the house.

When we got there everything seemed to be right, but then… the smell came up… it was horrible smell, we were celebrating my daughters birthday for this occasion, the kitchen was dirty, some one left a lasagna en the oven, from a previous party we assumed. Half of my family members left, one of the rooms had a pipe coming up in the floor, small cockroach everywhere, rat traps… it is really saddening that I spent almost 1400$ to rent this property. They charged me a 300$ cleaning fee.. to receive the house like it was, and the Jacuzzi never warmed up. Definitely too expensive…

Humiliating experience...

...planned for a special homecoming event for close friends and family turns into a display of fear and mis-information that divides us today. Upon hearing that we had secured a property to celebrate, those that were not invited obliviously wanted to disrupt or say anything to have the gathering scuppered in any way. Instead of listening to reason, or from the person who booked the Vbro, the host took it upon themselves to tell the other homecoming guests that had already arrived that they had to leave, the event was cancelled, the venue cancelled... Now I remember having an agreement with the owner and rentee, and nowhere did it say that the owner had any rights to manage or communicate to my private guests that the event or the venue had been cancelled, and to understand why it was being cancelled, and provide evidence that whatever fraction or disturbance or breach of contract had occurred. Knowing that Vbro are very specific about cancellations, such as providing proof of canceled flight, I'm still waiting to see the actual evidence of WHY my booking was cancelled and WHY he would inform MY guests? Perhaps his choice of refund vs Judge would help him make better choices in the future

Accommodating host to a larger group

Our host was very gracious in receiving us. We definitely had a full house, and everything was flawless. Extremely thankful for the venue and our experience there.

The Majestic Ranch

What a great time spent with friends and family. Beautiful scenery, house was everything expected, and even went swimming. Host was so accommodating and very responsive. Helped us feel right at home and enjoyed just a fun night. Definitely would recommend and already planning our next stay!
