ALL DECKED OUT is a fun, bright, and beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 6. We are located on a quiet street in town with an easy walk or bike ride (bikes included) to the ferry, marinas, all harbor businesses, and the public beach. Multiple skylights illuminate the main-level living room that is open to the fully-equipped kitchen; which includes a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Sliding glass doors open to the large front deck where there is a gas grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The main level offers two bathrooms and two bedrooms one with a full-size bed and one with a queen-size bed that has a cozy balcony off the back. The lower level has a large family room, coffee nook, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Amenities include WIFI, Smart TV (for streaming-no cable), washer/dryer, all linens/beach towels, fire pit, and a cornhole game.

Comfortable for the whole family

Had a lovely stay on Beaver Island in this home—Connie was super helpful and available if we had any questions. The deck was a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the weather or stars. There were bikes available for our whole group to use, although the house is close enough to town to walk. The house was cozy with enough room (and beds) for our large family group. Would stay here again!

Great Clean Stay Close to Town

We had a great time at this house on Beaver Island. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything in town. I stayed with my retired parents and my two little boys and we had plenty of space. 2 separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs gives plenty of space to spread out. We had everything we needed and enjoyed using some of the bikes that were available to use. We would definitely recommend this house to others and would love to stay again.

Personalized Stay Friendly Hostess

This property had all the modern amenities, was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The location is excellent especially for those who wish to be close enough to town to easily walk. Our hostess reached out to see what was bringing us to the island, and then made extra steps to connect us to local residents who had known our mother’s family. We visited the island frequently as children but had been back only twice in the past twenty years, and it was an incredibly kind gesture to connect us to our roots while also respecting our privacy. We will absolutely stay at this house again.
