Don't Stay Here...
First, the unit was very unclean, dirty countertops, stains on the couch, and the ONE skillet was in the oven still completely filled with grease. I wanted to stay there vs a hotel so we could save money and cook but that was not going to be a possibility.
The couch was extremely uncomfortable/stained and there was no toilet paper, none - we looked everywhere. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until they can figure out how to properly clean and stock a unit.
My daughter and I did not even stay overnight in the unit and ended up renting elsewhere. At this point all they want to do is offer to return our CLEANING FEE! Which just seems like a joke since it wasn't clean to begin with.
I had no check-in information and had to call the property manager. He did answer and give me the information over the phone but he really wanted to let me know this information should be in the App - it wasn't. I did finally get an email after 6pm but the check-in time was 4pm.
There was not wifi information anywhere in the property and when I text the manager he wanted me to communicate through the app - I would if I could have gotten on the app but I could not get on to the internet.
We have stayed at several other VRBO properties and have never experienced a unit like this.
