High Point Blu was designed with your needs in mind. This 4 bed/4 bath unit is ideal for two families or multiple generations traveling together. You will love its two separate living spaces, rooftop terrace and its convenience to local shops and restaurants. This home is a 6 minute walk to the beach! We provide an assortment of beach essentials such as: beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and beach toys.
This gorgeous unit is a 3 story townhome with rooftop deck, with over 2,400 sq ft of everything you need.
• The first level has a large living space with sectional couch and TV. There is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom and washer/dryer on this level as well.
• The second level boasts a large kitchen, dining area, second living space, bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and full bath.
• The third level contains two more bedrooms. There is the master with king size bed, ensuite bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has two queen size beds and private bath.
• From the third level, there is spiral staircase access to the large private rooftop deck, equipped with ample seating for your whole group to enjoy.
***We love families! We have baby gates, pack n' play and travel high chair so you can travel with ease, even with small children in tow.

We are experienced hosts who love to make our homes a special part of your vacation. Our short term rental business first began in the Smoky Mountains, where we had four cabins. Unfortunately, two of these four homes were destroyed in a wildfire in Spring of 2022. We've always been drawn to the 30A area, so it was only fitting that we branch out and try out "the mountain" of the Emerald Coast. Fun Fact- Blue Mountain Beach is at the highest elevation in the area at 76 feet. We hope you love High Point Blu as much as we do!

We love this property because of its easy walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The rooftop in the early mornings and evenings is perfect for soaking in the salty air and coastal views. An end unit, this home has extra windows and is right next to the pool. This is especially convenient with our toddlers who love to swim!
