The gathering area features an open concept floor plan with living and additional dining area. It offers brand new furniture and a wall-mounted smart flat screen TV and a main floor full guest bathroom. An additional dining table with bench style seating for your 6 as well as a breakfast nook in the bay window with two chairs perfect for reading a book while drinking your morning latte. Off from the gathering area is the screened in Florida Porch with sitting area, propane grill, ceiling fans and a wall mounted smart flat screen tv. Down the steps you will find the beach box with 6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and a beach wagon for guest use.
