Just got back from our stay - the house was comfortable and gave plenty of room and pirvacy for 6 guests. It was a great location - train to NYC was a 5 minute drive and took about 30 minutes to get into Grand Central or Penn Station. Place was as presented on the website and was clean. Host was very communicative and accomodating.

We were a family of 7 adults from Ireland on a week long visit to New York over new year. The house was roomy, warm, bright and comfortable. Plenty of room for us all to eat and socialise together and everything you need in a rental property.We could walk to the station in 20 minutes and get one of the frequent trains into Manhattan, arriving within an hour of leaving the house. We also experienced small town America in Valley Stream which had some lovely parks and open spaces as well as plenty of restaurants and shops.Ravi was super helpful, always coming back to us within minutes of our enquiries - not that we had any real issues. He was also kind enough to allow to a late check out on the day we were leaving.In all, if you are coming from out of town and want an affordable, accessible option for a large group to experience NYC, this is an excellent alternative to a Manhattan hotel.

The space was spotless when we arrived. Each room was quite large, featuring enough space for us to place our luggage and get ready easily for a wedding we were attending. The bathrooms were also spotless, we enjoyed having multiple bathrooms across each floor to avoid delays while getting ready. The owner responded quickly each time we reached out with questions/comments, which helped a lot. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood

Our team used the VRBO rental as home-base for a service event in the neighboring village and it was the perfect stay. The house was clean and spacious. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a perfect fit for our team. It was in proximity to the train station and only 20 minuted from JFK.

Wonderful Location & very clean

We stayed here for my son's graduation from USMMA. The whole home was very clean and looked to be newly renovated. The 5 bedrooms were spacious and 2 full and 2 half baths were well appointed. The neighborhood was safe. Our host was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. One little downside, would be nice if the rooms have mirrors so you can see to get dress. With my party of 10 it was a bit of struggle waiting for the bathroom mirror. Besides that it was a beautiful home in a wonderful location.

Convenient place in a nice neighborhood

Great home in a nice location. Fairly easy access to public transportation. The house was clean and seemed to be well maintained with nice appliances and furniture. Plenty of sleeping space for our family group of 10. Climate control was great and customizable in each room. The only thing that would have been nice was some more seating space in the living room and a larger dining table. Otherwise, the place was perfect!

Great size, well updated single family home. Clean- except for dishes in cabinet, and knives in knife block dirty. Also make sure you bring dish soap with you:-)

Great location, met all needs, great communication

Ravi was extremely communicative and thorough. The property is accurately listed and we have all of our basic needs met. It is a walkable neighborhood and not too far from convenience stores and restaurants. We drove about 5 minutes away and had a wonderful time at a state park with fishing, tennis, pickle ball, playgrounds and an amazing trail! The property had a great outdoor area, the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensils, dishes, spices and seasonings. Even some shot glasses if you want to enjoy a cozy drink. The rooms were nicely sized and we definitely took advantage of the washer and dryer unit. The bathroom was stocked with various size towels, body wash and soap. I love the keypad entry to make coming and going easy and keyless! Thank you Ravi! Though it was a sad trip for a funeral, we felt comfortable going back to our Vrbo!

The house was very easy to get into upon arrival. It was clean and there was plenty of space. We felt very comfortable in the house and the neighborhood. There is a CVS and King Kullen less than a mile away and a beautiful state park very close. The host was easy to communicate with and always returned promptly with responses. Definitely a family friendly house and good location.
