Welcome to your private oasis in Valley Stream, Long Island. This spacious, sun-filled home blends modern elegance with ultimate comfort—perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish getaway. This is my private home so I do not allow parties or large groups over the guest max of 8 . Also I do not allow visitors who aren't part of the guest list for insurance and safety reasons .
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
2 Guest Bedrooms / 1.5 Baths
Bedroom 1:
King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, side table with lamp, and bright windows.
Bedroom 2:
Two full beds, pull-out sofa, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, and plenty of natural light.
Extra Sleeping Options:
Pull-out couch and air mattress(matress available upon request only ) ; comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests.
Bathrooms:
Full upstairs hallway bath with stand-up shower; first-floor half bath for convenience.
Living & Dining:
Expansive living room with plush seating, natural light, small exercise area, and work desk with printer.
Gourmet kitchen with island,
double ovens, 6-burner Viking gas range, wall microwave, dishwasher, and dining for 6.
Parking & Outdoor:
Private driveway fits 2 cars; ample street parking available.
Modern backyard with deck, barbecue grill, sun umbrella, dining and sitting furniture and fire pit (please bring your own charcoal/wood).
