This 2nd-floor unit includes a private patio, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a living room with sofa. One bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds; the other has a full-size bed. Docks are in for 2025! Limited trailer parking onsite. Additional overnight trailer parking available at Government Point Boat Launch—please check posted rates.

The Space:
Our 2BR lakeside unit offers a comfortable 709 sq ft layout, ideal for a relaxing Gull Lake getaway. Enjoy a full kitchen with a coffee maker, plus provided essentials like sheets, comforters, and towels. The private patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening views, and in-unit laundry adds extra convenience. With the docks already in place for the 2025 season, you're just steps from the water.

Enhance your stay with our 3,000 lb boat lift, available for rent—ideal for most mid-sized boats (not suitable for pontoons). Pricing and availability for the lift and our e-bike rentals are available on our website, provided after booking. Whether you're boating, biking, or simply relaxing, this unit makes a perfect lakeside home base.

Guest Access:
After booking, guests will receive the keypad code for their unit door. Enter the building from the lakeside entrance and head upstairs—Unit 4 is the door on the right. Garage access is included for the fourth stall from the left, with a keypad code provided after booking.

This unit features in-unit laundry for your convenience. Guests also have access to the shared dock and a designated spot to tie up their boat—the docks are already in place for the 2025 season. Enjoy seamless access to your lakeside retreat and everything it has to offer!

The Neighborhood:
Our lakeside fourplex is located in a peaceful residential area, just three doors down from Ernie's on Gull Lake, a lively bar and restaurant with live music and lakeside dining. Here, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—tranquility and energy.

In the summer, expect boat activity on the water and the occasional sound of music drifting over from Ernie’s. While some guests appreciate the lively vibe—we certainly do—it’s all part of the charm of this unique lakeside neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Guests can easily explore the area by car, with many local attractions just a short drive away. To enjoy Gull Lake, bring your own boat or rent our pontoon, available directly from the property. We also offer e-bike rentals, perfect for cruising the lakefront or nearby trails.

Biking and walking are great ways to enjoy the natural scenery and peaceful atmosphere. For added convenience, Brainerd offers taxi services and rideshare options like Uber and Lyft.

Firewood Reminder:
Our shared fire pit is available between the units and the lake—please bring your own firewood if you plan to enjoy it.

Dock Access – 2025 Season:
We’re pleased to share that the docks are already installed for the 2025 season and ready for guest use. Each group has access to a designated space to tie up their boat.

Seasonal Dock Removal Notice:
Dock installation and removal are based on weather conditions and the schedule of our dock service provider. Docks are typically removed in late fall as ice begins to form. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain safe and quality facilities.

Interaction with Guests:
We believe in giving guests the space and privacy they deserve during their stay. That said, we're usually nearby and readily available if anything comes up to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

You may occasionally see us stopping by the dock by boat, especially when visiting Ernie’s on Gull Lake just a few doors down. We might offer a quick hello or be spending time with family staying nearby. We're here if you need us—always respectful of your privacy.
