The perfect getaway

My friends and I loved staying here at Gull Lake. It was absolutely beautiful! My favorite part was watching the sunset while sitting buy the fire. And once night fell, an Arora Borealis appeared over the lake! It was absolutely stunning!

Great Location

We loved the condo and the location. Very clean and spacious. We did have an issue with our code not working on the second night which was frustrating but one employee came from their home to let us in and stayed to reset a new code and make sure it worked.

Always fun to be in the Gull Lake Area!

We had a great time girls weekend at Bay Colony. We were welcomed with beverages too, which was so nice! I rated this a 4 only due to some updates in the first room needed (missing blind, bathroom grout and door issues). I did report this, but it didn’t make our stay unmanageable. The people upstairs were loud (banging), but not an issue of the property owner at all. Overall, it was a great getaway on the coldest weekend of the winter (fireplace was wonderful)!! Thank you so much for having us!

The place is amazing, and very comfortable. The weather was too cold and windy for a fire, but in October you take your chances. I would consider booking in the warmer weather in a heart beat.

Better than expected

Even thought units are in close proximity, it still felt very private! Loved the grounds, view of the water & interior very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion Vacation

It was a treat to stay at such a nice, spacious, clean, modern place with central air on the lake. The kitchen is adorable, the beds amazingly comfortable, great shower. Us kids are in our 50s and parents 80 so it was wonderful to hang out together. Loved the propane grills. The beach/grounds are well taken care of too.

wonderful getaway

golfed the weekend in Brainerd, and had nice fires each night by the water. Unit was clean, welcoming and as expected. Top notch!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
