Bright, breezy, and built for a good time. This condo fits up to 8 guests across two queen bedrooms with four queen beds total — and every bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, so mornings run smooth no matter how many people are under one roof. Lovely time

This was an excellent place to come relax and enjoy Gull Lake while staying in a clean modern condo. Jake the on-site manager was helpful, friendly and available to assist with any questions or needs.

Fall gathering

We were able to sit outside by the lake, have a fire. The place has great space, we played cards at the kitchen table and laughed and caught up in the living room with a fireplace. We really enjoyed the location and propert.

Perfect Gull lake location

We stayed Saturday- Wednesday, mid-July and loved that the resort was quiet. We rented the pontoon and enjoyed a fabulous lake day. Lake front was well kept and ready for use. Staff was very personable and very helpful. Accommodations were perfect for a few night get a way. Overall a fun, relaxing, trip.

Perfect for what we needed!

The noise upstairs was loud at times. We have young kiddos that were trying to sleep so that was tough.

Great location

The location is really close to restaurants and shopping as well as a beautiful Gull Lake view. We gave 3 stars for communication because when we checked in around 6 pm we had a few questions so we texted and called without response. We did get a great response after our stay from the manager who said they would address the issue immediately. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great Experience

This co do was such an easy win for our girls weekend. Since we came during off season, there really was very little to do in the area which was a bit of a bummer. However these accomodations made it easy to stay in and craft, read, and talk together in comfort!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
