Flip flops at the door, lake breeze in the air, and nothing but good days ahead. Bay Colony 772 is where your Gull Lake adventure begins — an easygoing upper-level condo that fits your whole group and keeps the fun going from sunrise to s'mores.

The Space
Open, airy, and ready for a crowd — this single-level condo comfortably sleeps 8 across two queen bedrooms with four queen beds total. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, so mornings run smooth even with a full house. Stock the kitchen the first night and settle in — the washer and dryer mean you can stay as long as the lake will let you.

We had a lovely, though very short stay, for a friend’s wedding! The condo has a great view of the lake, was clean and very comfortable and well set up with essentials. I can definitely imagine how nice it would be to stay for a longer period of time!

Great location and place to stay for a girls weekend. The property has all the basic necessities, was clean/maintained, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. My only critique would be that there could be more seating in the living room area; only an arm chair and love seat couch are there, so with more than 3-4 people there is not a lot of seating in front of the fireplace & TV. My girlfriends and I all said it’d be a great place to come back to with our families as well.

Great beachfront cabin

The units are so close to the water! My family enjoyed the lilypad and had fun in the water. We found the unit to be comfortable and clean! Will stay again!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
