Park Avenue Condominiums are a quiet, conveniently located community in Foley, AL. We are less than 8 miles to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, many delicious restaurants and family friendly entertainment attractions and shopping. You can also find OWA Amusement Park, Tropic Falls Indoor and Outdoor WaterPark, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf at Orange Beach and the Awesome 10,000 seat Ampitheater! If you are in town for sports tournaments, you will find the Foley Sportsplex less than 3 miles away.
This beautifully updated 3bedroom/2 bath, ground floor condo sleeps 6 people and has a fully stocked kitchen with new dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Our condo offers very comfortable bedding, fresh new towels and linens and dining room seating for 6! We also have large screen smart tv's. You can also sit and relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on the shaded and quiet screened in patio.

For the avid fisherman and golfers, there are many boat charters and popular golf courses nearby.

Soccer tournament with grandsons

This was the perfect VRBO for our weekend in Foley for soccer. The condo was just as described and the host was so welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area!

Better than advertised

Spent three nights. Property was better than advertised. Location made it easy to get to the beach, but far enough away from the Gulf Shores tourist traffic. Great location to if you want to explore Soitheen Alabama.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was a plus. It was very nice, spacious, and clean. We loved the decor, and the fact there was a private washer/dryer. The onsite pool was a nice touch as well, the kids enjoyed that the most. There was a little “hiccup” when we first arrived but Rose handled the situation within a timely manner. She even offered us the option to check out at a later time so the kids could enjoy the pool one last time, due to the pool closing early one day.

Perfect family stay for sports tournament

We enjoyed the property and found it to be clean and very well stocked. Location was excellent for foley soccer tournament. Also close to the outlet mall. Excellent host communication. Hope to stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

The condo was great. Great location to everything. The condo is beautiful and was very very clean. The host was fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay again when visiting Foley for volleyball.

Excellent condo

The condo was great. Very clean and very well stocked with towels, linens, dishes and supplies including full size washer and dryer. Excellent location. We were very comfortable staying here and we will definitely rent again in the future.

Soccer family

We loved the condo that we stayed in. It was very clean and big enough for my family to each have their own space. We were there for a soccer tournament and the property manager was very helpful. She communicated from the beginning to the end of our stay, I would recommend them to anyone going to Foley, Alabama.

Fantastic place to stay!

We visited for my daughter's softball tournament. The condo was clean, well kept, and perfect! It was close to the Foley Sports Complex, and there were multiple, excellent options for food and shopping. My kids loved it and immediately wanted to stay here again. We will be back!

Softball Tournament

My family stayed at this location for our daughter’s softball tournament. Most of the tournament fields were 8 to 10 minutes away. It is located close to most restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool was nice. Check in was easy and the property manager was available if we needed anything.

Short trip to beach and water park

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked and the size was good for our group. Location was perfect for anyone going to OWA water park. Grocery 2 minutes away. Also just a short drive to the beach. We will definitely use this condo again.

Came for a tournament

Only 10 minutes away from the Foley Sports Complex. Nice pool and extremely clean. Communication with property owner was excellent and getting in and out was easy. Thank you!

Summer Trip

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It’s close to restaurants and stores. We were here for family trip to water park. Tropic Falls was only a few minutes away. The manager is very nice and responds to any questions you may have quickly. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Condo for Families

We loved this condo! ❤️ It was perfect for our family and I would definitely recommend it to others that are planning a trip to Foley, AL. It was centrally located for all the activities that we had planned. The condo has beautiful decor and we really enjoyed the screened in porch! We will definitely be coming back here someday!
