Welcome to Edgewater Villa 1704. Enjoy stepless entry into the front door of this relaxing condo. Park right out front and load your belongings, no elevators, no crowds. One of the top resorts in Panama City Beach with plenty of amenities. Step outside your unit for a private pool or enjoy one of the other pools, including the amazing lagoon pool! When your ready for the beach just step outside, go to nearest Tram Stop and in a few minutes a tram will arrive to take your party to the beach! When you are done, ride the tram home to your relaxing Villa. Enjoy the turtles from your back patio.

New for 2024 Season: 4 backpack beachchairs, umbrella and beach towels added to the unit.

A one time resort fee of $50 must be paid to Edgewater, this includes Parking/Gated/Security/Wristbands/Beach Access. A link will be sent to you prior to check-in where you can fill this out. (Golfing, Fitness, Tennis/Pickleball are extra per occurrence charges)

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit for check-in and settling in. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3oz bottle of dish detergent and a pod for the washer. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply laundry detergent, seasonings/spices. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
