Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bedroom town home at Portside resort is conveniently located across the street from multiple beach accesses. The resort is loaded with amenities including 3 pools, waterfalls, 2 hot tubs, shuffle board & tennis courts. Enjoy the clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, corn hole & other fun activities. Just a short jaunt down the street is Pier Park with restaurants, stores & entertainment. Shipwreck island and other attractions are also just down the street. Assigned parking right out front..

Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Great location to beach access. The pools were great! Everything was as described. Pictures are accurate. Kitchen has everything you need if you’re not wanting to eat out every meal. I would highly recommend!

PCB 2024

The place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay. The only issue we had was the room temperature in the upstairs bedrooms. The request was to keep air on 70 and the first floor stayed very comfortable but the upstairs was miserably hot even with the box fans. Outside temperature was in the 90's and 80's.

Thank you for letting us know about the temperature request. We were not aware of a request to keep it at 70. Van you let me know where that request came from so we can have it deleted please. We dont mind if the guests make it as cold as they need. Florida is hot!!

We had a great time! Everything was as described and shown in the listing. We stayed during spring break which can be a busy time in PCB but this area is relatively quiet. This unit is at the far end of the Portside Resort, but it is a short walk to the pools or to the beach (10 min). My young kids had a great time playing in the heated pool and at the beach. Our travel plans changed at the last minute and we wanted to add 1 more day to our stay, and Steve was very responsive to help me get that sorted out. Thanks!

We have listed properties and have stayed in short term rentals for several years now. We like having the amenities of a house rather than a hotel room when we travel. We are in hopes you feel the same way. In addition to Panama City beach, we have rentals in Geneva on the lake, Ohio. Close to the beach in both the north and south coasts.

Before I met my wife, she lived in Panama City. She has always wanted to come back to the beach. We love the north coast beach but only in the summer. Ohio snow belt winters are rough!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are close to the beach but not right on top of it. The advantage is close properties are less expensive and we can pass those savings along to you. Portside is a unique property with all the amenities and their proximity to 2 beach accesses. We hope you agree and will come back and stay with us again.
