Sea la Vie — Unit 43E — Completely renovated January 2026, gulf-front top-floor condo at High Pointe. Bright, modern 2BR/2BA retreat sleeps 6 with a new king in the primary and two new queens in the second bedroom. All furniture is brand new, plus brand-new bedding, linens, and towels. Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook could need, plus a dry bar with wine fridge and full glassware.

Relax on the private balcony with sweeping gulf views and enjoy happy hour overlooking the water. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella setup is included with rentals. The unit also provides a pack-and-play, lots of family games, smart TV, high-speed Wi‑Fi, and a brand-new large washer and dryer. Convenient drop zone at the entrance for towels, shoes, and beach/pool gear.

Resort amenities include a large lagoon-style pool, outdoor hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard court, playground, onsite bike rental, charcoal grilling areas, gulf-front bar and grill, and a boardwalk to private beach access. Unbeatable location — steps from Rosemary Beach and just 0.5 mile to Alys Beach. Reserved parking, elevator access, and direct beach access complete this turnkey coastal escape. NOTE: This condo is on the beach side of 30A overlooking the gulf. Sometimes the map shows the location on the other side of 30A, which is not accurate.

Our new favorite gulf front condo! Beautifully renovated, squeeky clean, with a spectacular wraparound view. Great location for walking to dinner and other activities between Alys and Rosemary. Will be back! Jen is a great communicator and made the stay seamless.

We had an unforgettable spring‑break stay at this condo — perfect for families. From booking onward, Jen was incredibly responsive and made us feel like family; she truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.The unit was spotless and beautifully updated with families in mind — plenty of space and thoughtful touches for a party of five. Security on the property was top‑notch, and the location is unbeatable: we never needed our car and were able to see and do so much within walking distance. The condo was peaceful and quiet, and waking up to that million‑dollar ocean view every morning was simply magical.If you want a relaxing, safe, and convenient beach getaway with an owner who treats you like family, book this place — we’ll definitely be back!
