In the Primary suite, find serenity with a plush King bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. Ideal for up to 4 guests, this cozy unit is thoughtfully designed for relaxation.

The condo boasts tile floors throughout, adding to its sleek, clean feel. Practical amenities like a washer and dryer ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The living room invites you to relax with a sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring or lounging on the beach. The kitchen, fully equipped, is ready for you to whip up delicious meals, enhancing your home-away-from-home experience.

Phoenix I 1064, sharing amenities with Buildings 1-4, provides an extensive range of facilities that cater to every guest’s needs, enhancing your vacation experience. Enjoy the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim under the sun, or dive into the indoor heated pool located in Phoenix III for a pleasant swim regardless of the weather. The children's pool is perfect for younger guests to splash and play safely. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or the sauna, ideal for soothing relaxation. The game room offers entertainment for all ages, while the grilling area is perfect for hosting delightful outdoor meals. Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix I. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

The condo was clean. However considering the price, the unit was extremely dated. Air conditioning does not flow to the bedroom and much warmer in that room. It does have a ceiling fan or you would be uncomfortable.

We loved it here. Perfect view of the pool and the ocean. The condo was very clean. The toilet could be replaced with a comfort height toilet as it's so low but that's personal preference. Host was very responsive. AC worked awesome. Loved how close it was to the elevator. Everywhere around the resort was very clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great property

The unit was great and the property was also. The walkway to the beach was awesome to have and the numerous pools on the property weren’t crowded so there were plenty of lounge chairs. There was plenty of parking and a lot of great restaurants close by.

We enjoyed a restful stay The property does need a few minor repairs but nothing that really mattered or affected our stay. Would have liked to stay an entire month!

Everything was amazing and easy to access, the only issue was we got locked out of room bc of the battery going dead to the lock but I simply called the office and someone was there within 10 minutes so no wait at all...The view is amazing especially morning sunrise and to find where to eat was a breeze bc two of the best restaurants are located across the street

I loved the location only thing with the property is the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking paint extremely bad so everytime we took showers we where cleaning paint out of our hair and on our body so it kind of defeated the point in taking a shower

Condo had a strange odor. Sand on furniture and toilet didn’t flush very good. Would have been helpful if upon checking would have told what floor the room was on.

Very nice and great location. Our specific rental had issues with the toilet flushing properly, and had mold on the shower curtain. Not specific to our rental were the numerous guests who would often smoke on their balcony, and at times it was not just tobacco. This just made it hard to enjoy being out on the balcony at times.

The condo needs some major love. The ceiling paint in The bathroom was falling all over. Half of the outlets do not work. The condo is outdated and needs new kitchen wear. One pan was not useable because it was flaking off. Pretty disappointed overall

A little ghetto

Well the curtain rod wasn’t even attached to the wall. The knives were filthy. There was dried shredded cheese in the pull out couch which desperately need replaced .

The kitchen cabinets are in need of update

The elevator situation is terrible. Waited 10 minutes to get an available elevator. The condo is old. The kitchen need updated. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and there was sand on the mattress pad.

Okay Rental

Overall, our stay in this room was okay. We were not allowed to check in early after traveling all day, then at 4:00, our code to the door didn’t work, so we had to call and request a new code. When we got in to the condo, the room smelled of smoke and mildew. The coffee pot still had coffee in it, the bathroom floor was disgusting, and the shower was dark with no light. This condo is very out dated, and needs some attention. The plates in the cupboard were still dirty and looked as if they had just been washed off. The condo is in a very good location.
