Step in to one of St John`s, Newest luxury condos. Located in the heart of St John. Minutes from the night life, world class restaurants , and the beaches of Cruz Bay you will find yourself at the center of all that Cruz Bay has to offer. Inside you will be greeted by the luxury that is Dolphin Suites, ranging from the spacious queen Tempurpedic bed, high end kitchen, & rain fall shower. Let our team take the stress out of planning! STEPS ARE REQUIRED
Free parking on-site and in middle of Cruz Bay. Easy walk to all of Cruz Bay. Do recommend car rental to visit north shore beaches!
We don`t have to many house rules but need to mention just a couple.
1. Please be attentive when sitting on the white furniture, Your feet can be very dirty from the beach or walking through town. please pay attention to small children on the furniture as well.
2. Parking is first come first serve and usually spots open up in a few minutes, please be patient.
3. There are 2 and a half flights of steps to access the units. We have an elevator in our plans but currently it only steps

Great Location and Room

We really enjoyed our stay here. First timers to St John and this was perfect. The unit was extremely clean, had all of the necessities, and was walking distance to everything in Cruz bay.

Great location

Condo is just as pictured and in a great location to walk to restaurants and shops and taxis. It does have four flights of stairs to climb to access the condo which can be challenging.

Hi , thank you for a review. We are in a great location and everyone seems to love the interior too! Slight correction to your review though.. The Dolphin Suites are only three levels so there are only 2 flights of stairs. I like to think of them as the reason to have dessert at dinner.

Excellent spot

I had work in St John’s and chose to stay here and will be staying here every time I have to come back. Very beautiful and clean place. Very accessible to all of the restaurants as well and everything is a 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend

Other than the incredibly loud creaky bed frame, everything was perfect for us. I slept in the bedroom, my son slept comfortably in the sleeper sofa
