Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Bear Lake, Utah! This short term rental is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse that has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a bonus room and space to sleep up to 14 people, this townhouse is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

One of the best things about this rental is its location - it's within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shake shops in Garden City. Whether you're in the mood for a delicious meal or a sweet treat, you're just steps away from some of the best options in town.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the modern and tasteful furnishings that have been carefully chosen to create a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and there's plenty of room for everyone to gather around and enjoy spending time together.

After a day of exploring all that Bear Lake has to offer, you can unwind in the comfortable living room, complete with a flat-screen TV and cozy seating. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the three bathrooms mean there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the morning. For your ease in planning, we have provided the layout of each of the bedrooms:

Great location

We loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants. The place was clean and had everything you’d need in the kitchen. There is a good amount of really cozy blankets! The only thing I wish we had access to was the vacuum and broom so that we could clean up better but I couldn’t find one. Also more towels, hand towels and washcloths. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Bear Lake Days

The floor was very dirty. Our feet were black each night from walking on it. The bunk beds squeaked ( The pillows were horrible. Other than that it was a decent place to stay. Out door furniture wasn't much .

The place was nice and it was in a perfect location off the main road enough that you didn’t feel like you were getting all the traffic but close enough to everything that you could walk to it

Great location, squeaky bunks

We liked the unit. It was very nice and close to the main part of town. The extra screen room upstairs with was fun. In the bunk room, we had two kids on the top bunks and parents on the bottom with the bigger mattresses. The parents didn’t get a wink of sleep, as every little movement caused the beds to squeak. So sleep deprivation greatly affected the enjoyment of their vacation. We suggest you only put kids that won’t hear the squeaks in those beds. One of the other bedrooms didn’t have an extra blanket, which would have been helpful. The hand towel hanging in the master bath looked old and had several noticeable stains. If those things were fixed, it would be 5 stars.
