This vacation rental boasts a full kitchen to make preparing home-cooked meals or heating up leftovers a snap! At the end of your day unwind and enjoy the bay breeze air while enjoying your favorite cocktail on the private, covered balcony. This condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was not clean. Fans were disgusting, covered in dust. Floors had sand on them when we got there. Beds were a little sketchy for the weight of two adults. Blinds didn’t work in the bedroom so privacy was nonexistent. Floors in front of the door were a hazard, uneven and spongy. Door didn’t shut without some serious muscle. There was a note to be courteous to upstairs neighbors, obviously they didn’t have the same note, it sounded like a herd of elephants were staying up there. Two rolls of one ply toilet paper for four days isn’t enough. The silverware in the drawer was dirty, the shower floor is disgusting. Lights in the bathroom flicker over the sink. This house is very dated and needs a lot of work for the price you charge. The extra pillows in the closets smell, you may want to get some damp rid and put it in there. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again.

We were nervous to stay here after reading some not so good reviews BUT this place was everything we wished for. The rooms were cozy, the fridge was cold (and not at all rusted) the tv in the master bedroom was fantastic (yes that matters) the bathroom served its purpose, the WiFi worked perfectly fine, the couch was comfortable (and not stained) the only “complaint” I have is that there is only one big burner on the stove and the burners aren’t level but I made it work. We loved this place and will return to it!! It’s also in the perfect area, not too busy, not far from the beach, and close to everything!!

Great location with Parking spot

We had a great vacation, we had stayed at the upstairs of this location in the past. This house is in a wonderful location and the area was peaceful and a short walk to both the bay and the beach/boardwalk. A huge plus was having a parking spot as well. The photos aren't updated to show, but there was a picnic table on the porch that my family ate at, a nice touch. Unfortunately the lower ratings come down to cleanliness of the place. The sheets were sandy, like they hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The comforter on the queen bed was stained with a greenish/blue spot x 2 areas. It's possible this was an old stain, but it gives the impression of the bedding not being cleaned. When I looked in the closet of the bedroom with the bunk beds, there was extra bedding but it was crumpled on the floor of the closet. Again, not giving the impression of clean bedding (store it on a shelf or in a drawer, etc). Unfortunately as well, the dishes had food residue and oily residue on the plates, utensils and there was burnt pasta stuck to one of the pots. This I do not blame the cleaning company or homeowner for, but more for the decency and respect of previous guests to clean up after yourselves. This lead to us having to pre-wash the dishes prior to use for our stay. Despite this, we would still consider staying here in the future.

Not clean

Sheets and comforter of master bedroom dirty. Sheets in spare room in top bunk bed ripped and dirty. Kitchen some parts not cleaned. Key code wouldn’t work after couple tries and had to call number to get in. Front porch is dirty, socks and ponytails everywhere. Tv WiFi hardly worked, cut in and out. Great location! Good on site parking. Place could use some updating just with small stuff like replacing sheets and comforters and just cleaning in general. I did have to go purchase sheets and comforter at Walmart to sleep.

Horrible

Property is dirty. No hot water and was not fixed when I was told someone was coming out. A/c blows hot air. Was no t fixed either. Pull out sofa was dirty. Towels supplied were dirty and had hair in them. Overall very unclean. Will not stay at a Vacasa property again.

Lackluster

The pictures make this place seem so cozy. It’s far from that. If you’re looking for a drunken weekend with your friends, stay here. If you’re looking for a cozy off-season beach trip with your love, do not stay here. The master bed is awful, love the headboard but awful. The walls need cleaned, the baseboards are covered in months of dust and hair. At first glance this place is great but it needs some seriously TLC. The outside speaks for itself, it’s sad, run down, poison oak crawling up onto the porch. Hopefully management gives it some attention this off season.

No help from Vacasa.

Sadly I did not love anything about this trip but the time I got to spend with my family at the beach. We only came back to the renal to shower and sleep. Even the sleep I got to sleep on a small sofa so my wife and kids could sleep comfortably. Will not recommend Vacasa to anyone. By the way I am home and still waiting I the local staff in Ocean city to contact me. The statement was “the local staff will contact you shortly” that was told to me 3 days in a row.

Great location- property just ok.

Location/ price ideal- short walk to beach and the free fishing area on the bayside. Checkin/out easy. Host responsive. Cleanliness: -Bathroom sandy, musty, flies, spongy floor, no light fixture above shower/visible wiring -rest of the unit was clean enough… not white glove clean for sure. - futon frame was broken so only half the seating was available in the living room and one less sleeping space (inspector did offer to address but we just made it work so we didn’t have to spend a chunk of our vacation dealing with it) -trash throughout the front yard and bushes (unit is back off the street a ways so it wasn’t from passer-by’s) Other: -Only one outlet in the kitchen so you have to unplug an appliance to use another. - Other guests were pleasant and respectful but you can hear every step they take and conversation. Noise is not muffled whatsoever even over the tv. Overall, the unit served its purpose and we had a nice vacation but likely will book something else next time.

My grandson asked if we could live here

We vacationed with our grandchildren ages 8, 5 and 2. The bunk room was perfect for them. Eating at home was perfect for our light and picky eaters. Only 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and off the street parking was the best!

Nice but…

The property & condo was nice, but… There were some pretty noticeable blemishes. The entry to, & access the property was very easy upon arrival, however; as soon as you open the front door, your greeted by rust stains on the fridge as your first look at the house. Once you move on into the living room, you immediately notice that the couches are stained deeply. I was a bit nervous to actually sit on them. We started moving items in the kitchen & fridge as needed, that is when we noticed Ants crawling in & around the sink, the kitchen counter tops as well as the bar like area. We left it alone, people/places have Ants all the time & we just unsliced them on-site. Then we get the bedrooms… the pictures made the bedrooms look so nice & comfortable to sleep in, however this was not the experience. The bedroom with bunk beds had stains on the blankets & sheets. The bunk bed frame was stained & didn’t appear, to be cleaned properly. The master bed room was not to bad other than the bed being old, having a thousand springs that leave your body aching by the morning & everything about the bed creeks, shakes & just shouts “Replace me” in every direction. The overall cleanliness is that there are no large debris or large trash items that would make you question your choice, but as far as having clean baseboards or linens, or even the couches; that is out of the question. The shower gets really hot & I love that! The TV’s, however, barely worked in any of the 3 rooms.

Quick get away

I would not rent this place again. The kitchen is poorly equipped, one coffee mug, zero drinking glasses. In addition, there is an ant problem. We ended up buying Terro ant killer. It needs a deep clean, dusty/dirty baseboards, moldy shower, filthy air return vent. Before arrival I asked about the type of coffee maker and was told a keurig. It is a drip maker, not sure what happened here. I have properties listed here and this shows me exactly why I would not want a management firm running things for me.

You get what you pay for

Not clean at all. Sheets had stains as well as very dirty floors. Electricity didn’t work in half the house. Had to go to the bathroom in the dark because the lights didn’t turn on. Microwave and toaster oven didn’t work because of lack of electricity. Most outlets in the wall didn’t work either. Only 1 out of 3 tv’s worked because of the electricity issue. Wifi was disconnected the entire trip. We could have complained but we weren’t at the house much during the day so it wasn’t that much of an issue. The house was in a great location otherwise. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless they deep cleaned the house and got new linens. Probably should have brought my own. My overall rating was 2 stars just because i felt dirty no matter where I sat/slept. The only amenities that are valid for this rental are having hot water and somewhere to sleep. I hate being a “critic” but I like to feel clean when im staying somewhere besides my own home. It was a cheap rental though so I guess you get what you pay for.

Was good for our purpose

We just needed a place to sleep, as we stayed for a weekend and were out and about Friday evening and night and most of the day and night Saturday. The place seemed like it could use some updating but that might have been because we were there after the season was over.

Short beach retreat

Location was very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. House had everything we needed, and was clean. Parking was easy and off the road.
