Cozy 2 bedroom first floor unit in the downtown area for a family or group of 8. Located 1 block from the bay and 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. Steps away from the pool and sunsets!

Free Wifi

Beautiful front porch with glider and outdoor seating. Bistro table to enjoy the fresh early morning and evening air.

Each room has a smart TV with xfinity including HBO to allow everyone to stream/watch their favorite shows.

Master bedroom - Queen size bed

2nd bedroom - Pyramid bunk bed twin over full

Large bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Twin Loveseat Sleeper.

Full kitchen includes seating for 8, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig. Plenty of pots/pans, dishes, and utensils should you choose to dine in.,

A convenience store is on the corner of 4th Street which has just about everything you need without driving to the store.

What a great location in Ocean City! Walkable to so much stuff including the beach, boardwalk, free fishing pier, and parks. Mike was incredibly helpful and responsive when an issue unrelated to the property arose. One thing I'd mention is that throughout the month of June the town is filled with high schoolers celebrating "Senior Week" so if you're coming with a family during this time be ready for lots of rowdy, loud, intoxicated kids running around :)

This is a great rental. Super clean, pet friendly, steps from the boardwalk, bay, and playground. We had everything we needed. Owners were super responsive.

The place is nice and beautiful inside and out.The room was nice and clean Mike was always in contact and very helpful with everything. Location is great you would never know you are up in the action but walk up 2 blocks right up to the boards. Another thing I have to say is the linens package was more than worth it was nice towels and sheets not some cheap stuff like alot of places.

I take umbrage with your comments. My wife and I take pride in owning our beach house. We put countless hours and weekends in the off season to ensure it is up to date and any damages are addressed. We also look to make improvements every year. This year (2024) alone we replaced all the mattresses and box springs, microwave, refrigerator, stove/range, and added a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We actually met you in person on Saturday 8/3/24 while we were there making sure the condo was still in nice condition and no damages. At that time, and as communicated in VRBO app, we said if you have any questions or concerns to reach out and we would assist. You already had my number since you called the day before your arrival to arrange a parking pass. To find a review like this is disheartening and a personal attack. I don’t know what our unit is lacking that didn’t meet your expectations, but the pictures are not altered in any way. I’d love the opportunity to speak with you about your comments of “low class” to gain an understanding of what that has to do with our unit. Mike

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo! It was spotless and beautifully decorated with a beach motif throughout. The pictures do not do it justice - it is much bigger than appears. The owners provided everything we could possibly need/want and then some. The location is perfect - it is close to everything. The beach and boardwalk are a 2 minute walk and the bay is practically across the street on the opposite side. We saw some amazing sunsets every night! There is a huge playground within a 1 minute walk; if you have young children they will thoroughly enjoy it. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a few convenience stores too.We brought our pup and he was living his best life! Plenty of grassy areas nearby for him.The hosts are very responsive with replying to messages. They even gave us some restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. We highly recommend visiting Assateague Island and downtown Berlin.We highly recommend this unit. We will be back for sure!!

Thanks for a great stay!

Our second year staying here and we had a great time. The house is in a great location- beach, boardwalk, parks, stores- all within a few blocks. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

The unit was very clean,it had everything you needed to make it feel like home away from home. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The owner checked in during the stay to confirm all was well. The fact that it was pet friendly was what sold us on staying along with a pool steps away from the unit.

Great house, great location, great communication

Our second time staying at this property and we love it. The place is between the bay and the boardwalk with a 24 hr convenience store steps away. The laundry service is super convenient, the furniture is very comfy any the hosts are very responsive. Couldn’t be happier

Perfect beach getaway spot

Hosts were very accommodating and gracious. They allowed us to bring our dogs along which was great! The property is just adorable and exactly the beach cottage we were hoping for. Very cozy and super close to everything! Just a wonderful experience all around!
