Super sleek, spacious and clean home for our family to stay near our son and his family as we gathered for a family celebration at a local restaurant. The living room and dining table were very comfortable for visiting. Kitchen wasn’t used for much cooking for our group but the pantry was good sized for a group needing space for food/snacks. It was so nice to find a place so close to our son as it saved a lot of time not having to drive to a hotel.

Beautiful home.. but don’t expect communication
I wish I could give this a 5 star rating.. I’m only giving it 2 because the home itself is beautiful. The host was where the issue is. I was over an hour late checking in because no code was provided and the host would not answer any calls or texts all day. I reached out in the morning to let her know the app they require to check in wasn’t working.. got there, tried it again and it still wouldn’t work. It caused me to be almost 2 hours late to a work meeting. Once she finally replied she said “my bad my phone wasn’t ringing”… all day? For hours?
She watches the cameras though. Convenient she can watch them but not answer her phone for check in. I have a service dog that rather than ask if it was, all I got was a text saying “I see you have a dog, I’m going to have to reach out to management about a fee”.. to which I informed her I would provide paperwork for her service registration..
Later in the week I asked about adding an additional day due to needing to stay in town longer.. my message was never replied to. So I left early and had to find somewhere else to stay.
Hopefully she can figure out how to properly run a VRBO.
