Guest H4U- Heroísmo 2F is a renovated studio on the second floor with lift access, set in a typical Portuguese building that blends antique charm with modern, cozy decor. The flat features a small balcony where you can relax outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hobs, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essential kitchen utensils to prepare meals or breakfast.

The studio offers a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a comfortable double bed (160x200) with a dressing area. We provide a 4G hotspot Wi-Fi connection and a TV.

The flat is ideal for 2 adults plus 1 baby (under 3 years in a crib). With air conditioning, it's perfect for year-round stays. Our studio offers the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway.

For your convenience, we offer access to one private parking space in a garage for just 13€ per day (subject to availability and prior request), located about 1 minute on foot (approximately 80 m) from the property.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check-in: 15:00–20:00 (free); 20:00–21:30 (15€); 21:30–23:00 (25€); 23:00–00:00 (50€); after 00:00 (from 50€) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

Parking - 13€ per day (subject to availability and prior request), located about 1 minute on foot (approximately 80 m) from the property.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy: - Pets are not allowed.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): 25€ per week. Baby cot only: 15€ per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: 20€ replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20€. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50€, subject to availability.

Heating: - In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for 15€/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
