湾岸に面するキングサイズのマスターベッドルーム、クイーンサイズのベッドルーム、3ベッドルームのツインベッド2台をご用意しています。 すべてのベッドルームにはフラットスクリーンテレビと天井ファンが備わります。

Girls Annual Beach Trip

We stayed at this condo last May, we enjoyed it so much we booked again. I would recommend this property it’s close to restaurants and right on the beach. Nice pool area lots of chairs

Wonderful condo, would definitely recommend this!!! The host was the best we have had and the complex was great, no waiting for elevators and someone always cleaning.

The apartment was exactly as described. It suited our puposes perfectly. Comfortable, clean, attractive. The location and views, priceless!

Great location

Really nice unit. Close to beach. Pool was not out in the sun like most but worked. Would definitely stay again. Not super crowded like bigger resorts and that was just fine. Only negative was the elevators need better ventilation, kinda stuffy on a hot day.

Wonderful Location/Fantastic Views

I have been coming to Panama City Beach for over 20 years. This was my first time staying at the Grandview. The location was great and I could easily drive to my favorite restaurants and shopping spots. We never had to wait for the elevator and there were plenty of luggage carts to use for arrival/departure. The owner of the condo was quick to respond to any and all questions. Will definitely book this condo again.

Summer Vacation

The unit has been updated since photos have been taken, beautiful! Everything we could need and a beautiful view. The pool was a little boring, but the location was close to many areas within walking and made it a good visit. It is frustrating that some company puts out chairs and umbrellas takes up the entire beach. We had to walk 100-150 yards to the left or right to get a spot on the beach due to the many chairs and umbrellas put out.

Great vacation

They kept the property common areas immaculate! The unit was nice as described and very comfortable. Evident the owner was working on upgrades. Owner was extremely kind and welcoming via text. Guest room ceiling fan wasn’t operable but there was a little fave we used instead and we told her we didn’t need an immediate repair. Wish we had that size master BR at home!

This place is amazing!

We have stayed at Connie’s rental 2 times and are planning to stay a third time this coming summer! The location is amazing and the views are stunning!! Connie is super fast to address any issues or questions and very friendly. Someone mentioned another condo in PCB as a possibility for next years rental and my kids said absolutely not!! We love visiting this paradise and thank the owners for sharing it with us! Parking is across the street unless you have a handicap parking pass but that was never an issue for us. Hands down best vacation rental we have ever rented!!!

Could be a nice place to stay

This condo is very outdated. Don’t stay if you have small kids, cause they will get cut with all the broken tiles. The toilet in the small bathroom wobbles. The dining room chairs are broken. There was no batteries in the remotes. The floors weren’t mopped.

No wait on the Elevators

this property is great. Just as described. 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The master bathroom is large with a large walkin shower and large tub. The 3rd bedroom is a little small but all that was needed for 2 teenage boys. Plenty of seating in the living room/kitchen. Kitchen had a nice, large refrigerator. The property is smaller so we did not have any waits for the elevator and the beach was not crowded. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The checkin and check out process was easy. Parking was across the street but after we fiqured out where to park it was not too bad. My family would definitely consider staying here again, great location.

Title: Antiquated and Inadequate

Not as advertised. "Gourmet kitchen" "Fully Stocked" lacked supplies, toaster did not heat, oven only had a 350 degree setting, dishwasher old, clothes dryer did not heat enough to dry in one cycle, old televisions required a week to get in service, floor tiles cracked or damaged in all rooms, dimly lighted rooms Overall, a disappointing rental for the money we paid and would not rent there again.

Parking Nightmare

The parking alone will keep me from going back to this building. To park at building you must have a handicap pass this was not mentioned in the listing and god help you if you don’t have a handicap pass the parking guard will be to see you you must park across the street which at one point we couldn’t find a spot there. They will leave a threatening message with you about towing your vehicle. It was just a nightmare every time we pulled in to the place. There are several other places to stay I would avoid this one. Oh yeah and quiet time is at 10 PM so be sure everyone is quiet or the guard may come to visit you again.

Very good condo but understand everything

Condo is very nice, fantastic view, wonderful beach. Plenty of good restaurants and activities close. If you understand a few things going in you will have a great vacation. Parking is across the street in open lots but you have a parking passes and a cross walk close that you press a button and traffic stops and allows you to cross. Check in is off property and you will find it a small pain and a little time consuming but not worst than others, nature of the beast. Check in day is busy with everyone doing the same thing so you may have to wait on elevators, heavy traffic, and grocery stores busy with people stocking up for the week. The condo is decently stocked with what you need in the kitchen but bring/buy salt and pepper, roll paper towels, and dish detergent. Personally we prefer a beach a house but if you only need 2 or 3 bedrooms this is s great option. Owner was responsive when we contacted with questions prior to arrival. Enjoy!

Needs repairs

Master bedroom floor needs to be replaced. There were loose tiles and mismatched flooring pieces. Property Manager was not the best at communicating needed information. Frustrating to have to go to a different location which was not just next door to check-in and pick up the parking passes. I ended up paying twice for a 2nd parking pass because the property manager did not leave one in the condo (which she overcharged for). I have 4 grown adult children who come from different cities so we have to have more than 1 parking pass. When I contacted the property manager, she was not friendly or helpful. Location of condo is good but I will not request to stay at this location again.

Management company

This is a beautiful place but with a management company like oaseas resorts it puts it down pretty bad . when we arrived we noticed the slideing door that goes to balcony from livingroom the handle was broken notified oaseas and they sent maitnance man up he took handle off and said would notify door company and someone would be there monday this was saturday no one showed up it still wasnt fixed when we left on thursday. also there was sand in floor and in the beds upon arrival the room was not cleaned properly , the hall bathroom door did not lock the ice maker did not make ice . Connie was very good to work with and everything went smooth on here end it was oaseas resorts that needs to be delt with the on site management company , i told the lady behind desk i was not happy and would not be back and she said ok that was it did not care. On and all we had good trip just won't stay at grand view again .

Stunning beach view

I stayed here with my 4 children. The view alone was well worth what we paid for the rental. It was not over crowded and we did not have to wait forever for the elevator. There are door codes for the outside doors and a separate code to enter the unit. We loved the unit!! It had a nice at home feeling to it! There were some cracked tiles but not to the extent that it bothered us. Some of the other reviews mentioned this issue but it wasn't an issue at all. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony and a big window beside the bed that you can look out. I slept with the curtains to the glass door open and the blinds on the window up. That way when the sun came up I could watch the ocean. The balcony was my favorite place to be. I had coffee and breakfast there every single morning. The master bath has a big tub with jets and a massive walk in shower. It has a huge mirror and lots of counter space. There is also a toilet in a little area with its own private door. The living room and kitchen were nice. The only thing that I did not like were the kitchen table which could be updated and the fact that the tvs were older so we could not connect to any of the streaming apps. That definitely would not affect me coming back to this rental!! With the location the ocean was all the tv that I needed. The 2nd room was big with access to the bathroom from that room or the hallway. It had a tub/shower combo. The third room was tiny. It had 2 twin beds in it and a little space in between but definitely works for kids or teens. The laundry room has a door and is spacious. There was alot of counter room in the kitchen and a dishwasher. There were all kinds of kitchen gadgets. A keurig, toaster and blender. There were pots and pans and cooking utensils. This is not like other units we have visited because most of them have some spices in the cabinet to use that are left from previous guests. Again not something that would stop me from staying here again because a quick trio to walmart solved that issue. Parking for this unit is across the street unless you have a handicap placard. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family this place and the views do not disappoint!!!
