Beautiful Beach Farmhouse

Relax with family and friends or work remotely at this beautifully renovated, historic beach-farmhouse in a quiet beach town community. Take a short, straight-line walk along paved sidewalks to beautiful Bayview Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. The beaches have parking with a short 2 min drive or a 10 min walk from the house.

Grill in the spacious backyard with a deck and fire pit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There is plenty to do nearby in Old Orchard Beach, Portland, and Biddeford.

The house is a historic 1880's renovated beach-farmhouse. It has historic charm with updated amenities. The stairs are steeper than newer builds so please keep that in mind, the house is not childproof.

The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with queen beds.

The larger green bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom across the hall.

The second bedroom (blue walls) has a full bathroom in the room. This is a brand new queen bed.

The third bedroom is downstairs on the 1st floor with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. Both beds are brand new. This room can easily be used as an office as well.

There is another full bathroom downstairs on the 1st floor.

The second living room has a queen pull out sofa bed that is brand new.

The deck has seating, a fire pit, and a grill to enjoy the sunshine.

Quiet hours between 9pm-7am.

Please do not park in the garage, it is not for parking use. We have plenty of parking to fit 4 cars, 2 in the driveway and 2 to the left of the house.

There is a cottage next door with designated parking. Please do not block shared drive space so they always can get out. The house has 4 parking spots on its own.

Other things to note
This is a quiet community that offers a great place to relax and unwind. If you notice a fire station on the corner, no worries, it is a silent/inactive station that won't disturb your stay.

We have the yard sprayed for mosquitos and ticks as well.

We will have yard service once a week, but we will try and make sure its mid-morning if possible to not interrupt your day.

We will have plenty of beach towels for you!

Comfortable house, great location!

Perfect spot for our group (4 single adults) to spend a long weekend reunion. Plenty of space, parking, bedrooms and bathrooms for a comfortable stay. Close to State Park, Beach, Portland and amenities. Would rent again!

Beautiful home

We loved this beach house! It was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a very peaceful feel to it. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. Would definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.

Amazing Stay! House is perfect

The house is as pictured in the pictures do not do it justice. Our state was amazing and would definitely rent again. Close to the beaches close to old Orchard Beach and access to almost anything that you need within a five minute drive.

An Amazing Escape From The Texas Heat

A Wonderful Escape From The Texas Heat!! A beautiful time spent in Maine at this “Quintessential Maine Beach Farmhouse.” A short, beautiful, walk to Ferry Beach as well as being conveniently located to other stunning beaches and attractions in the area. The home was perfect to host family/friends as it also offers an expansive outdoor space to include a fire pit sitting area, a fire bowl sitting area, a large deck, outdoor equipment to boil lobster and a grill. The home was also adequately equipped with beach gear, linens, and cleaning products. Very charming and appropriate themed décor. We would not hesitate to stay again as we greatly enjoyed ourselves and the home was very integral to creating lovely, lasting, memories. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The home packet was filled with many points of interest and wonderful recommendations for food and activities. Thank you for sharing and making this wonderful space available.
