Experience contemporary beach elegance at the Driftwood House at 78 East Grand Ave!  This spacious three bed, two full bath condominuim is just a one minute walk to the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the pier and downtown. Recently renovated and featuring new furniture and appliances, the Driftwood House at 78 East Grand Ave can accomodate 8 guests comfortably. There is also onsite parking for two vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was great, lots of space, clean, had everything we needed and close to the beach. We loved the touch of the snacks and water that was left for us at checkin.

Petit coin de paradis!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Driftwood House. Mme Sunita est très sympathique et facile à rejoindre. Nous avions même un panier rempli de grignotines et de bouteilles d’eau à notre arrivée…au plus grand bonheur des enfants! Nous sommes à proximité de tout et tout est fidèle à l’annonce. Le condo est d’une propreté exemplaire! Nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour ce condo et nous y retournerons.

Un petit paradis!

Nous avons adoré nos 4 nuits au Driftwood house. L’emplacement est parfait et tout est fidèle à l’annonce . Nous sommes à proximité de tout. Le condo est d’une propreté exemplaire! Mme Sunita est vraiment sympathique et facile à rejoindre. Nous avions même un panier rempli de grignotines et de bouteilles d’eau à notre arrivée…. Pour le plus grand plaisir de nos enfants . Fantastic Stay With All The Extra’s!

We stayed 4 nights with our kids ages 15-22 as a family vacation. Upon arrival this place was immaculate! She also goes above and beyond by leaving such things as beach chairs, coffee filters, coffee, laundry detergent, spices, and you need when you have a big family staying together. It was 1 block to the ocean and a perfect walking distance to the pier. Easy and quick parking. We would definitely stay here again. Our family had a blast!

Perfect location - Comfortable Condo

Our group loved staying at the Driftwood House. The house was super clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location! We will definitely stay again. If you're not familiar with OOB, this area can be loud at night (train and loud motorcycles/cars).

Family trip

We came to the area for a family event. This property proved to be a perfect spot for us. It was well equipped and comfortable, and a great location. We loved the proximity to the beach and OOB pier, but also how close it is to Portland.

Spacious condo 2 minute walk from the beach!

This was a great find for our group! King size mattress was super comfortable. I did hear that one of the queens was much more firm than the other. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great for breakfasts and lunches. The only thing was our keycode didn’t work everytime. Sometimes it took us 4 or 4 tries.

The Perfect Getaway!

Absolutely wonderful!

Over the years, we have stayed in many different properties in Saco, Maine. DriftwoodHouse is by far the best one, and Sunita is also the best host. The condo is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is kept in pristine condition. The mattresses, pillows, and linens are all high end. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is very convenient - one minute walk to the beach, and a few minutes to the pier and all the restaurants and entertainment. Sunita is extremely responsive and kind. She even left us some water bottles and snacks for our arrival. We couldn't have been happier - DriftwoodHouse is absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic

This property was very well-appointed, clean, and convenient. We put up the few baskets of shells/decor, pulled out toys for our 3 toddlers, and the space was perfect for the whole family. The proximity to the beach, pier, and park was great!

Great beach stay!

This property was perfect for our first trip to Old Orchard Beach! There was plenty of space for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). It was clean, modern and had some nice touches that we haven't seen in other rentals (extra blankets in the bedrooms, high quality sheets, plenty of trash bags, etc.) The location was super convenient to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and the pier within walking distance. Communication with the host was great-- highly recommend this property!

Fabulous condo in a great location!

When we arrived to the condo, everything was very clean, the parking was easy. When we arrived in the condo, it was extremely clean more so than other rentals we’ve stayed in. The layout is perfect. The kitchen is large enough with a great dining table and a huge TV open area. The bedrooms are really great and the bigger bedroom had room for our pac n play in the closet!! It was an easy half block walk to the beach! The beach was so perfect for kids, flat and shallow water for a while! It’s a quick walk to the arcade and playland area. Thanks for hosting us!

Spectacular Condo

A beautiful, spacious & clean condo with all the amenities! Our crew of top-notch, professional tradesmen stayed for a week to wrap up a remodel in the area. A great place to unwind, relax and get a good night's rest in very comfortable beds. Sunita, our Host, is wonderfully attentive! Definitely recommend staying at this property!

We enjoyed our time here. The condo is spacious with all the bells and whistles of being home. The only negative is there are no grills and with summer weather, as a family we enjoy grilling together. Otherwise the owner is amazing and makes your stay comfortable.
